Had Dominick come out for a leaking toilet with about 25 people coming over in 3 hours for a party. 30 year old toilet leaking all over the floor. It took a while but he was able to fix the leak after removing the toilet. Excellent work, totally professional and no mess when he was done. Will recommend Ryan to anyone who has a problem like this, 24/7. GREAT JOB, Thanks.

Ryan Plumbing provided plumbing services for us on several occasions, but I will never have them back. A simple water heater install turned into a never ending issue leaving us without a proper functioning water heater for months. First, they upsold us a dip tube for it (which ended up installing incorrectly). Had them back to honor the warranty, but they mis-diagnosed the issue claiming it was a shower valve and CHARGED us $160 (this did not fix the issue). They came back again and replaced the heating elements (that wasn't the problem either). Then they came back again and tried to upsell us on a $650 expansion tank (guess what, that wasn't needed either). When we were finally fed up and demanded a fix, they came back, claimed the dip tube was on the wrong side...they disappeared for several hours to go get a dip tube (even though they knew it was going to be needed). After that, it STILL didn't work! On top of it all they left the power to the water heater OFF...luckily we caught it before any health issues were caused. We ended up calling the water heater manufacturer who sent Gatti Plumbing out to fix it correctly in under an hour. They claimed that there wasn't even a dip tube installed.

We hired Ryan to look at our central air unit which was making a loud noise and giving a reduced output. There was a bit of a wait to get someone to our home because it is a busy time of year- summer and lots of people need work done. We scheduled a day for service. On the day of our appointment, a gentleman named Ian came out to our residence. He was excellent. He was professional, polite, respectful, and also showed the work he did and explained everything right down to the values everything was giving for output. He cleaned our unit, replaced the bad part, and inspected the entire path going through the basement that feeds to our home. We were very impressed by the work done, price, and quality of services. In fact, I was so pleased with the work that was done, I called their office to share the same feedback with their staff. Thanks to Ryan and technicians like Ian who do an excellent job.

5 stars for Ryan’s superior service. We have been with Ryan for 20-25 years and couldn’t be more pleased. Recently our sump stopped working and the basement was filling with water. They told us they would send over a plumber in about an hour and a half. But no a technician Nate was at our front door in half an hour. An hour later the new sump and other parts was installed and the water was being sucked back into the sump. But it gets better. 4 days later the basement is taking on water again as the sump stopped working. Nate shows up again in short order and quickly finds the problem to be a nut that an animal must have dropped (probably the cause of the original problem). No charge for the second call even though the problem was on my end. That’s how you earn the good will of the customer. So 5 stars for the speed, friendliness and quality of service and standing behind their work. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm for all your plumbing needs.

I wanted to take a minute and thank the Technician that came out and serviced my AC. He was very professional and explained everything to me. i appreciated the quick response and the call before he came to my house. The price was very reasonable also. Will continue to use Ryan for all my service needs. Thank you.

Ryan has serviced our furnace over the last 10 years. We have a 12 year old high end York furnace we recently had a problem with. It’s December after work hours and no heat. We called for after hours service and paid $240 for Ryan to come to our home to diagnose. We were told we needed a few parts and would cost around $600. We were told someone would call us the next day to order the part and fix the furnace. We missed their call the next day but received a TEXT message explaining we needed a new blower motor with electronic control head, limit safety switch and combustion draft motor. This will cost us $1,843.41 PLUS tax OORRRR they would sell us a new furnace and we can have a ten year warranty on parts. This is a high end 12 year old furnace. Do you think they are taking advantage of customers during the cold winter months? Wait, it gets better. After asking for a detailed estimate as opposed to a text message,(who does that?) and a receipt fort he after hours call, no one responded. It is the next day and no response. STAY away from this business. They will be reported to the BBB!

Happy to get an appt. on short notice to repair/replace leaking shower/tub facet. I appreciated Domenic calling ahead with an ETA to my house. He was capable, personable, and even let my dog bother while he worked! I also use the HVAC side of Ryan and enjoy their standard of care and service.

Ryan's Heating and Cooling is top notch! They are Honest, Professional and Inexpensive. Their technicians are knowledgeable, quick and informative. Take my word for it and give them a try you will not be disappointed!

Ryan Heating came to our church in Spencerport and repaired 2 ceiling heaters in our gym and did some other repairs on our heating system. They did an excellent job and everything is back up and running. The tech was friendly and professional and the price was more then fair. Thank you Ryan Heating. We have always used Ryan for plumbing and HVAC. And when we moved to our new home we were pleased to find they’re also certified to do our yearly inspection of our sump pump. They always do great work, and they’re always a pleasure to deal with. They have the best team of people working for them.

I’m updating my recommendation because Ryan’s done even more for us in our new home. It’s been 24 years of fantastic service! Some years it’s different people showing up to do the work, but amazingly everyone I’ve met who works for Ryan, does great work, has a great positive attitude, and enjoys helping people.

My technician Eric, was not only professional and skilled, but was also one of the most level headed, quality focused contractors I’ve dealt with in recent times. My wife and I recently purchased a new home and we installed NEW Ductless LG Heating and AC along with a Sump Pump Pit, submersible pump and water jet back up system.

The installation work that was done is top notch. The installation teams were very friendly, efficient, responsive, and respectful of my family and our home.

Our heating system went last year and even though we had never done business with them before, they got out to us as quickly as possible. Since then, we've enrolled in their VIP plan and it has paid for itself many times over. The team at Ryan is always responsive, respectful, and great to work with. In fact, we had a recent issue and they sent a technician out the same day. That technician, Dom, was kind, respectful, and came up with a creative solution to make sure we had heat while we waited for the necessary parts to arrive. We can't say enough good things about Ryan Plumbing & Heating.

This was, by far, the best experience I’ve had with a heating and cooling company. They were prompt and friendly. He explained everything he was doing to repair our A/C unit. He quickly and happily helped sort out my warranty to ensure the part was covered - even though they didn’t install the unit. My only regret is that I didn’t have them install all of our Heating and cooling units over the last few years! So impressed. Highly recommend.

Ryan Plumbing came through once again on several jobs in my home, a new faucet and piping in my bathroom and installing a new toilet on my first floor. Dominic worked on our furnace today. He was able to quickly identify the issue and restore heat into our home. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to have him work on our heating system. He answered all our questions, checked our heating system from top to bottom to make sure it's functional, checked again after completing his work and we couldn't be happier. So glad we found Ryan services, the rest of the staff in the office was quite responsive, Katie called to confirm our appt before leaving the office, it was such a pleasure working with her as well. She understood our issue and was open to working with us on getting a service call scheduled tentatively first and called us back to confirm. If you use Ryan services for your heating system, I recommend asking for Dominic, especially if you're not familiar with your furnace or system in general.

Willis performed a PM on my furnace and air conditioner. He was excellent! He was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, he took the time to explain everything. He even told me about service plans and better filters for my furnace. I have complete confidence in him. Very seldom do you get such great service these days. He is a credit to Ryan Services. I want Willis to do my HVAC PM's and service in the future.

I had two hot water heaters installed in my duplex for a very hefty price. HOWEVER as a 10+ year customer, even despite escalating costs, I would never go elsewhere. Ryan technicians are always a cut above. Sabastian did not disappoint! When one meets a hard working employee with integrity, they stand out. Whatever the secret ingredient is, keep up the good work. As a small business owner myself, I advise you take good care of your employees least the competition steal them away!

We called Ryan for our routine furnace and air conditioning maintenance this season and it’s safe to say that they went above and beyond our expectations. When scheduling service over the phone, Katie was very pleasant and accommodating to mine and my family’s schedule. My technician, Dominic was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Dominic took extra time to explain proper use, monitoring, and care for my systems which makes me feel safer.
