Been here for delivery, the only problem is laziness.
They’re not trying to work hard and no respect for drivers. Got here and the workers are walking around and talking to coworkers.I have 3 different places for delivery and this is the last one and the most horrible.

So who do I have to contact to complain about the 2 drivers that dumped an empty case of beer bottles in my stores garbage, then proceeded to try to smoke a joint in our parking lot before leaving? Unexcusable

One of their drivers in vehicle with license plate 49331-NF hit my parked vehicle with myself in it in a grocery store parking lot because he was distracted on his phone. No acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. When I told him he hit the front of my car, all he did was back up and continue to scroll on his phone.

This is the Rochester division of a national HVAC company which handles both commercial and residential products. Our experience is with the residential side, which operates under the name of Emcor Betlem.

I don't think they are equaled in the area in terms of expertise and quality of service. We have to used them for maintenance and replacement of our furnace and air conditioning, and emergency replacement of a hot water heater. The work was reasonably priced and done expertly the first time. Service technicians call ahead, are on time, and work neatly and cleanly.

When we recently replaced our heating and air conditioning, their salesman recommended a less expensive option than the one we originally wanted to talk about because it was the right fit for our house. Highly recommended.

Top notch organization with prompt professional service, quality products and helpful technicians. They diagnosed a leak in our 40 year old A/C system, explained the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing, and had a new system installed and up and running within a couple of days. We used them for a boiler replacement as well and they went the extra mile in removing our 70 year old boiler that had to be cut into pieces in order to move it. EMCOR is well known in the commercial HVAC world and they bring that expertise and technical excellence to the residential side. Truly an A+ experience.

EMCOR Services Betlem is the only name to know when it comes to residential and commercial HVAC work in our area. fluke that they are a titan in the industry. They can handle government projects, Walmarts, pharmaceutical buildings, you name it. It's been an honor to work with everyone there - but Mike, Roger, Rich, and Nick are absolute pros. They are personable, knowledgeable, and skilled. I highly recommend using them!

This one star is being generous. Wallace Group is not contractor customer oriented. I used to do 90% of my annual business at Johnstone. Long waits whenever you call now. Lousy support. Only go there when there is no alternative at this point.
