Wow. Such amazing and knowledgeable people. They are not looking to rip people off like most other companies. I will recommend them time and time again! I can’t wait to have them back again to service the furnace and replace the water heater! I’ll never use anyone else! Great job, guys!!

I've used Milner twice now. They replaced my water heater and did some work on my furnace when it malfunctioned. Both times they've been amazing - very friendly, great prices, great work. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I contacted them, and to my immense relief, they were at my home in just 3 hours and had the problem fixed. Great local supply house. They had the part I needed in stock and they stayed a few minutes after closing so someone could get the part. Had they not, it would’ve been another night without heat.

Do not use Triton Mechanical! I asked them if they do repairs on our dehumidifier which I gave the receptionist the make and model. She said she would reach out to the tech to make sure. I got a call back and I was told he had worked on them before. I also had to ask if there was a trip charge and all I was told was Yes. The tech ended up coming out and the first thing he said was "I have never seen one of these before." So he is here 1 hour and 15 minutes troubleshooting something he has never worked on before. I get a bill for almost $550. So I ask if they could break it down for me by trip charge and hourly rate because they didn't do that on the invoice. I am told the trip charge is $110, and the hourly rate is $150/hr. Supposedly they start billing by the hour when he leaves the facility which equals 2 hours including the 1 hour and 15 minutes he was here. Why not just tell me all of this info over the phone. In the service techs notes he stated that the dehumidifier MOST LIKELY needs a compressor and that they would have to find a dealer to be able to give us an estimate. So your guessing I need a part that is $1000's of dollars and this is coming from a tech who said he has never seen or worked on our dehumidifier before . Do you think I ever got a call back or quote. NO! I get the bill via email. What a scam! DO not use this Company.

The owner in charge of the Hilton office has ZERO integrity! He assigned himself a repair for a major retail store. The store was charged for parts and labor and paid the invoice in full only to discover 11 months later that he NEVER did the job and in fact, the parts he charged them for were found still in the packaging on the roof of the store!!!

Triton mechanical has come to our rescue on multiple occasions! Wether we had a blown compressor, blown fan or even just our AC maintenance, they have always been honest and ethical. Our first experience was a second opinion, where we had been told by a competitor a compressor couldn't be replaced and we needed an entire new piece of equipment. Our repair with service call with Triton was only $600!!!! I highly recommend them for all your refrigeration and HVAC needs.

Our Sailing Club needed our commercial fridge repaired. Triton is an authorized service outfit for our brand. On time and professional. Found the parts locally and had us up and running same day. Super appreciate their willingness to work with us as a new customer

I couldn't be happier with my experience! My house is better then ever and so energy efficient! Justin was such a great help, he was very friendly and such a professional. Cameron and Orest were also such great people to have come do the installation. They had great senses of humor and did their job fast I barely noticed they were at my house! They gave me the best price around. Justin also called to make sure everything was running okay for me a few days after the install. Of course everything was perfect! If I could give a higher rating I would!
