Pat Wischmeyer arrived timely to quote a new mini split for the rear of my mother’s home, and kindly stayed to repair an HVAC issue with the main furnace. What timing in life. Dan was great. My problem is we went 5 days without heat due to a "lost" part which was ordered. They were unwilling to show us any good will by taking something off the bill for an error beyond our control. We are repeat customers and it would have made good business sense. Probably won't use them again.

Two weeks ago Joe came by to check out our water heater. There wasn't anything he could do, but he was thorough in checking out the small concerns I had about the plumbing as well as looking everything over. He was incredibly informative and friendly, thank you Joe!

I had a slow drip under my kitchen sink- it's an old kitchen in an old house which can sometimes be like Pandora's box when it comes to repairs. Paul did a great job and did just what was necessary to fix the drip. The price was fair and I would highly recommend.

I used Wischmeyer’s Plumbing Plus for a small plumbing issue at my home. The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional, which I appreciated. The problem was fixed, but the repair took a bit longer than expected and the cost was slightly higher than I initially anticipated. Overall, the work was done correctly, but there’s room for improvement in communication and pricing transparency.

Today we had one of the furnaces go out at our home. Called Wischmeyer’s, and they had a tech out within an hour! Dan took excellent care of us, was very professional, and made some recommendations for the future. We have used Wischmeyer’s for both our home and business plumbing and HVAC needs, and have been happy with the quality of their work every time!

He was so friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me as a new home owner (of a flip house none the less). Because of his outstanding personality and incredible work and eagerness to explain things to me, I just called back to schedule my next appointment for a new water heater. Thank you again Paul!!

Dan came to install a water heater that was no longer working. He was punctual and professional the entire time. He diagnosed the issue and presented a few options for either repairing or replacing the water heater. He answered all of our questions and pricing was fair. This is our second time using Wischmeyer and we have had a great experience both times.

Joe and Brett were very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again. They tested my backflow system and gave me quotes on other projects I will need done. It was a pleasurable experience.

It can be hard these days to find a business where the service is AMAZING from start to finish but this company is IT!!!! From the friendliness and efficiency of the person who answered the phone, to quickness of service, to thorough explanation of the issue and outstanding completion of service…I was beyond amazed, pleased and impressed. The bill was explained to me by the very penny (he was only off by $0.09 lol) and the work was completed efficiently and effectively. They charge by the job, not the hour and their rates were completely reasonable. Oh, I forgot to mention…JOSH WAS AWESOME!!!!!
I HIGHLY recommend using this company. I will never use anyone else.

Dan did a great job today fixing our furnace! We have always had great success with Wischmeyer's over the years for all our HVAC and plumbing needs. Great team, great owners of company, fast service, friendly and courteous... Oh... And they clean up after themselves! Highly recommend for furnace cleaning and anything else.
