Delighted with the knowledgable and friendly Plumbing service . I had a miserable on demand water heater installed by a heating contractor with just about everything done wrong and it never worked properly. Now my replacement installed by AP plumbing the way it's supposed to is working the way they are supposed to. The crew was on time, job done in the time quoted, job explained and area left clean. I will now always use AP Pluming for any issues.

Daniel came and fixed my sink clogs and sewer issues. He was polite and communicated well. I had others come and look at the issue, but not solve it. Daniel listened and got the job done quickly, without making a mess. I wish I called AP Plumbing first! Excellent job at a reasonable price.

What a great experience. John is a great guy. He was very knowledgeable and was was happy to be here on a Sunday to restore our house with hot water and help my family get back to normal living. Great attitude. Hard worker. He will go far. Paid a lot but well worth the service we received. Great employee and great company to work with.

Josiah was called to replace a kitchen faucet In our kitchen. He had the tools necessary and definitely was very experienced And got it done very quickly. He has a nice personality and gave us information about other questions we had. We will call him back the next time we need help from AP plumbing. Definitely request Josiah when you have a plumbing problem!

We had an unknown leak causing water damage in the middle of a family emergency. The last thing anyone needs during those times. I was able to get same day service with Kendal as our technician. He was friendly, professional and thorough- finding the culprit was not a leak but the devil of a dishwasher this house came with. He really was awesome and explained/showed everything along the way as he worked to figure out where the water was coming from. After the week we had, this was the easiest part. AP Plumbing clearly hires only the best, thank you again Kendal.

We had a drain problem and Josiah was our technician. He did a terrific job in diagnosing the problem and then expertly repairing it. He was on time, very efficient, and Very friendly attitude. We are extremely pleased with our service today

I’ll say two stars because they refunded me all of my payment, but I was extremely frustrated and wouldn’t use them again. They sent a guy out on a Saturday for an issue (no running water), who worked for 3 hours but could not fix (he was very nice and definitely did his best to try to fix the problem), then he told me someone else would come Monday to replace a faulty pressure switch. A little while later someone from the office called to tell me no one would be coming because they “don’t work on properties with a well” … despite the fact that they sent someone who worked on my property, which has well water, for 3 hours. A manager called me later to say they would refund all payment. However, the guy who came also took apart a cabinet to access the switch, which is still in pieces now.

AP Plumbing did a great job repairing and replacing frozen water pipes at my mom’s condo. The *Customer Service was 10 out of 10 I made one phone call selected the time for the appointment they showed up on time gave us an estimate told us they’d be there the next day and wouldn’t leave until the job was done and she had water again! That’s exactly what they did very friendly staff. I have zero complaints and will definitely be using them in the future.

I've had Adam work on my house before, and I was relieved when he showed up at my door today because I knew the work would be done right. He solved a plumbing issue that another plumber completely misdiagnosed, and through meticulous troubleshooting he uncovered and fixed multiple problems left behind by the previous owners' DIY work. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. Adam will be the sole reason I used AP plumbing again in the future.

Josiah was knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly. He was on time and friendly. He also helped me make a decision that will make my life a lot easier. I’m a senior citizen so his patience with my questions was outstanding. He is now my favorite plumber!

I called about a second floor shower leaking into a first floor bedroom. Josiah came the next day. I mentioned some other work that I needed to make another appointment for. The extra work was a new bathroom faucet and drain/trap and new faucets and washtub in the basement. Josiah mentioned that our hot water tank was top of the line and I said it was old and I was concerned about that giving out. He said they could replace that today. I was concerned about the cost for all the work. Josiah said since it was being done all in one day they could bundle it to give a discount. When I heard the total cost I was relieved and said go for the entire thing! Josiah left and John, Wes and Alex came and got the entire job done by 3:45. We have a dog and they all put up with her, they gave her treats and pet her but I kept her out of their way. All four gentlemen were pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were very neat. They showed us the completed work and explained everything.
The only downside was the water tank has a dent. We will call tomorrow to see if that will affect its operation and my husband wants to ask if there is a discount because of the dent.
All in all it was a very positive experience! I will use them again the next time I need a plumber! I would recommend AP Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing work done! We are very pleased and the work and price were excellent! Kudos to Josiah, Wes, John and Alexander! Thank you!

Will (very friendly and funny but extremely knowledgeable) came out to my house a second time in a year and a half and fixed the plumbing clog again. He is very knowledgeable and always wants to make sure the customer has his/her questions answered and they are content before leaving. The ongoing problem will be addressed in the near future with excavation of the faulty sewer line and replaced with PVC. I want to make sure the next homeowner has no worries about plumbing issues ever again. I highly recommend John Lockwood Plumbing to anyone who is in need of plumbing repairs at a fair price. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was exactly what I needed. From the first phone call, the staff I spoke with were courteous and helpful, and they made scheduling simple. When the technician, Daniel Morton, arrived, he was professional, friendly, and patient with all of my questions.

I also think its important to note that I felt completely comfortable and safe having Daniel in my home while I was there alone. That goes a long way, especially as a woman managing home repairs on my own.

Overall, I’ve had an excellent first experience with AP Plumbing and plan to continue using them in the future.

AP Plumbing was today, as they always have been for me, fantastic. They come promptly, diagnose the problem well, quote their price and do their job very well. Excellent customer service. Recommend as highly as it can get !!!!!

Dan with AP was timely, professional, and quick to diagnose and assess the issue. He offered solutions above and beyond what the issue I had originally listed and made sure to check in multiple times to see if I had any questions. He was aware of the notes taken about my call and made sure to talk through each angle with me. Before he left he talked me through each step of the fix and encouraged a visual check of his work. If you are in need of a trusted plumbing service, this is the one!

Jude & Collin(sp?) arrived on time and worked all day replacing the sink and pipe in laundry room, huge job and now I can use my washer with no problem. They also replaced the faucet in my bathtub which only gave extremely hot water- involved cutting into the wall - new plate and faucet looks really nice. Both rooms were cleaned up beautifully and boy were they a mess! I highly recommend AP Plumbing - professional and nice guys. Their rep David was super. He came out and checked out the problems a few days earlier, explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate to consider. Set up an appointment when I agreed to the job - very pleased with everybody and I think I will be a satisfied customer for the long term.

We had our sewer back up on a Sunday afternoon for the first time in 30 plus years causing a mess in our finished basement. We tried two other plumbing companies that advertised 24x7 service, one said they couldn’t get there until Monday and the other dropped my call while waiting for someone to pickup after about 10 minutes. They did call back two hours later saying they saw a missed call but by then I already had AP Plumbing on the job. They answered the phone right away and a tech was at my house 30 minutes later.The tech was great and even advised me that the Town of Greece would come out for free and unplug the sewer. Since I was unsure how fast I could get them on a Sunday afternoon I just paid AP to clean the drain and get things working again. The tech also contacted Paul Davis Restorations for me to get the cleanup going. AP has been around a long time and has the scale to truly provide 24x7 service.

AP plumbing came today to install (David & Rick) the Liberty 441 Battery Back Up Sump with Battery. As with the previous visits all the work was done efficiently. Both techs were pleasant, answering my questions and explaining there work. They went beyond in leaving the work area clean. Thank you again AP Plumbing

I had a sump pump replaced, (and a backup pump to be installed next week). Kendall was my service tech. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he how he was going to install the new Liberty sump pump and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. He also discussed my sump pump backup options, with the pros and cons of both.

I'm very please with AP plumbing. The have done small and large project at my 1962 ranch and all were quality work, (quality over quanity, so to speak). No constant call backs with this ompany. They respond immediately, not hesitating if its after 4:00 p.m. Thank you AP Plumbing.

We called AP Plumbing as our water heater was leaking. They responded immediately and set up an consultation fairly quickly. Our appointment was set up within a day after we returned from vacation.
Roy Wilberth came on time and was very friendly and courteous to me and my husband. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he answered my questions. He told us about the warranty and assured us that AP Plumbing is available 24/7. Roy did a good very job and he left the place clean.
