Mr. Leon and his team are truly professional and provided an excellent service to install a new power vent water heater system for me. They have explained everything clearly, before hand which helped me to make the right decisions. I highly recommend this company to any one for your plumping and heating jobs.

Toilet was not flushing as normal and water was pooling in the shower. Called Leone plumbing, and they got someone out here within an hour. Matt was very courteous and professional and troubleshot the issue quickly. He was able to clear the clog in the plumbing and got my system working normally again. Will definitely use Leone plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Andy and his team have completed several jobs for me over the past several years. Most recently in the fall they replaced an outside faucet and a few weeks ago replaced my 20 year old kitchen faucet. Leone plumbing and heating is great! They have helped us with a variety of plumbing issues in our home, most recently renovating our shower. On Wed 12-13-17 we had a new faucet, soap dispenser, garbage disposal and filtered water system installed in our kitchen. Terry was sent to our home to do the work. He was very professional, efficent and knowledge. He answered all my questions. He also made sure everything worked properly before he left. Last summer we had a number of estimates for updating our bath. We needed a shower replacement, toilet re-seating, new vanity top with new mirror and light fixture. There was a wide range of $$ estimates and quality of work amount the six estimates we got. We decided on Leone Plumbing because of Andy's knowledge of the work that needed to be done and the realistic $$ estimate we received from him. It took him a couple of weeks to order the fixtures needed before the work commenced. His employee Mike did the remodeling work. Mike was prompt and worked diligently to completion and to our satisfaction. It's been six months since the work was completed and we are very pleased with the final outcome. The bathroom fixtures all work as they should and the room is beautifully finished. We would definitely hire this company for future projects and we recommend them to our family and friends. We have a well water system. The pump was running too much. When called, Andy Leone took the time to ask the right questions and requested photos of the system so the right parts would be available on the first call.

The well needed to be brought up to modern code. Andy and his team were on site a full work day and did a very professional job.

And it was done at the low end of the pre-work quote. After the job was done and paid for, Andy personally did some more personal request finish work. Thank you.

I called Andy after I bought a new house and was unable to start the hot water tank. Andy sent someone out right away, which was much appreciated. I had to call him back a couple of days later because although the hot water was working in the sinks, the shower was only lukewarm. Again Andy promptly sent someone out to solve that problem, and they fixed the reversed hot and cold faucet on my kitchen sink at the same time. The first few days of owning a new house are stressful, and having someone quickly responding to our plumbing issues definitely took some of the stress away. I recommend him if you want a smooth and professional experience. I will be calling him again!

Andy and his crew fixed our master baths plumbing issues from a previous owners diy project gone wrong. Then his guys upgraded it and made it beautiful. His crew was courteous, kept us up to date on the progress and cleaned up every night since we were living in our home throughout the renovation. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing renovations.

Never used them before and had a great experience replacing a water heater. Old unit started leaking, so I called a few places late in the evening, got one service that answered right away but wasn't sure if they could get someone in the next two days (to be fair the were going to try and would have let me know). Andy got back to me before 8AM the next day and said he could get someone out to me within the hour. His price was good enough - not the lowest but certainly not the highest - that I didn't mind upgrading from a 40 to a 50 gallon tank (big family, lots of showers and laundry). Jamison arrived on time, was extremely polite, answered all my questions, and was very conscientious. My vent pipe didn't meet code anymore - had to go from 3" to 4" - so he walked me through what was needed to replace it and made sure I was comfortable. It was very important to him that I knew the what and why behind the work. He busted hump to get everything done quickly and even with the added work I had a working water heater shortly after lunch. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Andy Leone and his guys are just the best We had an emergency situation with a water leak that made an awful mess in our finished basement. An unknown source had brought down a number of areas of dry wall and ceiling in a basement office and rec area. Water was dripping from the soaked drywall onto the carpeted floors, furniture and expensive wool rugs and sound system floor speakers. A quick call and a short time later Andy and his crew were here and located the source of the leak in minutes. They fixed the problem very quickly and began mitigation efforts immediately. But that was only the beginning….Andy himself served as our legal representative in dealing with the insurance company for the next 8 weeks to insure the restoration of our property proceeded with our interests protected. By using his experience in dealing with insurance adjusters and insurance company procedures we were saved a miserable experience and our basement was completely restored to our total satisfaction. JUST THE BEST !!

I made an appointment to have Leone come out to repair my toilet fill valve and shower spigot. They had some truck issues but Andy communicated timing to me as best he could. Jamison came out and knew right away what needed to be done to repair both problems and had both issues repaired in about an hour, including running out to grab a part and coming right back. Jamison was very helpful and professional. Would recommend to friends/family.

My hot water heater started leaking, so I needed a plumber. My old plumber stopped working, and I had to try to find someone I would be satisfied with. I didn't get strong recommendations from anyone I knew, but I got a few pointers on who to avoid. I looked online for some local company to do business with, called a few. Andy answered the phone at Leone Plumbing. He answered my questions, gave me a quote, told me he could send someone out this morning. I called a few more places, but ended up calling Andy back. I'm glad I did. He sent Terry out to do the work, he did a great job. Clearly an experienced plumber, he had everything he needed, and went to work. Good plumbers cost about the same as bad plumbers in my experience, so if you want good work, call Leone. Based on this one job, I rate them 5 stars.

I discovered my hot water tank was leaking at 6AM. I waited until 7:30AM to call Andy. By 9:15AM, two of Andy's plumbers were at my door ready to work with a new AO Smith tank in their truck. They took care of everything and the job was done in less than two hours. Everything was cleaned up well. Price was similar to other quotes I had received in the past. I would recommend Leone Plumbing to everyone.

Terry an Adam did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and was able to handle my tough job. My bathroom plumbing was so old and I needed special parts. They was able to track down the parts and get the job done in one day. They showed up when they said they would and worked!! I will definitely use their services for my next project. Terry went above and beyond giving me great advice. Everyone who answered the phone or called me was very professional and nice. And no one was pushy and trying to upsale to me.
