Plumbing reviews in Rochester, New York

One guy has been working there like forever great customer service, has plumbing supply and tools for related work

I am Royal Serve - HVAC contractor and IRR Supply is, without question, my favorite distributor to work with. Their service is consistently top-tier. I never have to wait—once I walk in, someone is already helping me. Their team is knowledgeable, efficient, and truly understands the needs of contractors in the field.
The online ordering system is excellent. It allows me to build customized material lists for specific jobs and save them for future projects, which saves an incredible amount of time. It feels like IRR Supply is working with me on my projects, not just selling parts.
I use a wide range of equipment and materials from IRR Supply, including Mitsubishi mini split systems, ICP Tempstar furnaces and air conditioners, ductwork components, plumbing supplies, electrical materials, and more. Everything I need for my HVAC and plumbing business is available in one place.
They also provide ongoing training and technical classes, ensuring we stay updated and fully capable of installing and servicing the products they offer. Their support is always responsive, helpful, and professional.
Highly recommended for any contractor who values quality, reliability, and real partnership. -
can't buy parts to keep a stock because after a year the warranty expires. brand new out the box if the part doesn't work you got to eat it.
-
Speaking strictly on the short African American man that works the counter in the back. Extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. Based souly on my encounter with this worker I will never return. Will also tell every other peraon about how terrible this place is. NO STARS

Ordered from Matthew peters and service was great and he was very knowledgeable on everything I had questions about and made sure i had everything I needed and was on top of getting my order to me when ready
-
Disappointing customer service. Multiple trips to receive product that was supposed to be ready for pick-up. Unwilling to swap out defective product, instead told to contact manufacturer directly. Product delivery weeks late. Limited attempts to resolve the issues created by the delay.

Went for a bathtub, the sales associate understood what I wanted, gave me prices for comparable tubs, and I left with it! He was kind and knowledgeable. I’ll go back for other things.

I've been here numerous times. The staff is friendly and the quality of parts from a supply store vs big box is evident. Prices are competitive. No complaints.
-
Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Unresponsive especially via e-mail. Took months to finalize an order due to lack of communication. Not very helpful at all. Will never use this company again.

I've been here three times and I can say I'll never come back. Poor customer service at the counter in the back--they seem put off with serving customers, waited in line for 10 minutes with 2 guys at the counter just doing "busy work" and when they do actually help you they have an attitude. Why is this dinosaur of a place still in business?

I would never go back to this place. My wife and I went there and looked around for about 30 mins no one even acknowledged that we where there. I was wondering why until I saw another couple come in they were dress up and looked like money as soon as they came in someone came right up to them and helped them. So I did a experiment I went back another day this time not dressed down but dressed up to look like money and sure enough I wasn’t there more than a few mins and someone came up to me so unless you have and look like money don’t go there they won’t acknowledge you are there

Tremendously friendly staff at the Harlem Road Store! Brett walked me through my warranty on the product and put me in touch with the manufacture. That saved me from buying a part that was covered. Dwayne's got a great crew! Thanks!

So far, so far.. Kathleen, the sales person, acted as though we were an intrusion during the sales process. Today, I had occasion to contact her via phone and she was MUCH more pleasant. Apparently she was having a bad day originally.
The greeter was great however, SHE should be dealing more closely with the public.
Currently in the process of TRYING to get some repairs made to fiberglass walls of our shower. We shall see. The pieces were received with voids in the gel coat where the fiberglass layup was not done correctly. -
Unfortunately in the past i had decent service but today while attempting to purchase wire and other electrical items the person on the phone told me to call back Monday. I figured they just didn't have someone to answer questions so I asked "i can't buy anything today" and was told "no".

VP is the place I always go for bathroom fixtures. Just bring your measurements to the design showroom and they'll help you build that perfect bathroom!

The sign in the entryway says it all. You will not get any help whatsoever from their staff without an appointment. The sign further stated that this is due to being short staffed, but there were only 2 or 3 other customers when I was there. The employees greatly outnumbered the customers. No one even said hello to me as I walked through the showroom twice.

Ordered a modern style tolite over 2 months ago and still waiting! When we call they say "nothing they can do" . They need to be honest with their customers and provide other options.
It is definitely the last time we order from here. We have alot of projects coming up so its a shame for them. -
I went into the showroom , very beautiful, great selection! A gentleman named Jim came up to me and asked me if I needed any help ! He was very knowledgeable unlike most places you go into these days , he was able To answer all my questions, when I am ready to make my purchase I will go see him , I will also recommend my friends and family to jim.

Web said closed at 5 pm on Saturdays. I walked in at 3 pm and the first person I encounter is a blonde woman at the front desk who abruptly said “ we closed at 3”. I was shocked, apologized, and mentioned the website was incorrect.
She corrected me curtly (with a smirk) and began to quote the times loudly— across the showroom to the door where I was standing—-she was rude. I did NOT misinterpret the interaction— she was rude—
like “I’m married to the owner and no one can do anything about me” rude. A smile and soft reply would have been better. “I’m terribly sorry, we are closing ....
Sad— I want new kitchen and dining room lights/ chandelierS—— selection was huge— but I am all about first impressions and customer service. If this is the first face I meet—- how will the “after the purchase” service be???
Plenty of other lighting stores to shop at in the area!
LOWES and Home Depot sr least greet you at the door! -
Waiting 2 months for our bathroom vanity top and toilets. No communication and spent 2100 for bathroom waiting. Still waiting, our charge card was charged and installer up in the air. Terrible service
Not sure if we have to start all over. Very angry and extremely frustrated.this was the Brighton Henrietta store. Still no communication. Over 2100 charged,,, no product, called tons of times, no response, totally disgusted. -
They have an expansive showroom filled with beautiful lights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We told them what we were looking for and they helped us find one to suit our needs. Would come here again!
