We discovered a water line leak in our front lawn. We called and they came out to do the work the next day. The job ended up being more challenging than we thought. They worked hard and put in a long day to get the work done. They were professional and did great work. Would highly recommend and would use them again!

Aaron did a great job!!! He was at my house within an hour of my call for service. Replaced the gas valve ($680) on my furnace and had heat back with in an hour. Very professional and courteous.

A little expensive but having it done so quickly and running again it was worth it.

Dean was excellent. He explained what he was going to do and costs before beginning his work, no surprises. It was to me a major job to open up the drains to the sewer in the basement, took extra time. Dean was respectful to customer and using booties in the house. The company was able to get him here earlier then planned and that was gratefully appreciated. Thanks American Plumbing and especially Dean!

Drain line from sump pump to town storm water system was clogged and broken. Justin estimated the job and, with the assistance of Bryan on the Bobcat and Ricky Martinez doing the inside work that was required, the team completed the repair quickly and completely. They did everything that was required to correct the issue, installed a new drain line to replace the broken section, rerouted the existing line from the sump pump to the new inlet and completely cleaned up the job site. I couldn't be happier with their level of professionalism and competence. Outstanding service, friendly personnel, they kept me informed every step of the way through this entire project. While Ricky was working inside, he spotted a problem in the drain from the kitchen sink to the waste water system, proposed a solution, estimated the project at a price I consider fair and reasonable. He followed up the next day, installing an improved line that was bigger than the original. This was a separate project and the estimate for the job was exactly what was charged. I even got a veterans discount for both projects! I highly recommend American Plumbing and HVAC for the service they provide, the quality of the products they use, and the highly skilled and friendly staff. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Our hot water tank failed overnight. I called a friend and asked him who I should call, and he told me to call American plumbing, so I immediately called them. The service crew actually showed up ahead of schedule. They were extremely polite and professional. They removed the old hot water heater and installed a new one right away. Their work is very professional and the attention to quality is second to none. The work was done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks. They have all of my business moving forward.

Zeus was very nice and answered all of my questions without hesitation! He was in and out in no time, and super knowledgeable about our issue. Highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!

If this place you're referring to is my address, the service was great. The service (Cisco)man was knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was very easy to talk to as well as honest. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge, and told me about other options should my pipeline be cracked. ZEUS was very professional and thorough on the job. He discussed the problem and told us what he was going to do to fix it. He worked diligently and accomplished the task. Thus was the only company that was able to get someone there and we were very appreciative fir that. Zeus knows his stuff and did an excellent job.

Had a new toilet installed. The guys were on time and very polite. From start to finish took less than two hours. All parts of the old toilet went in their truck. I also appreciated the fact that American had no problem with me purchasing my own toilet. I would not hesitate to use American in the future. Very satisfied. 👍

Excellent service. I called on a Saturday and a technician was here within two hours. Originally thought we needed a new hot water heater. Technician (Jack) informed us we just had a clogged condensation line. Fixed the issue in 1 hour and saved us thousands from not needing a new unit. Overall pleasant and professional.

Keith, Cisco and Aaron provided great service! They were polite and friendly. As soon as they arrived, they introduced themselves, explained everything that was going to happen that day, and they would right away put on their protective booties every time they entered the house, always with a good attitude.

It was super nice of Keith to keep me informed, reminding me to make sure to fill up any water reserve before they shut the water off to do the job. He also gave a walkthrough at the end of the installation of the product and described what to expect in the next few days. Very knowledgeable!

American Plumbing was wonderful. I had a MAJOR plumbing problem on my hands & a friend recommended them. They were very professional, from Carla, who was the first contact I had with the company (by phone) to Cisco & Keith, the plumbers. I was given the plumber's names & sent a picture so I'd know exactly who was coming. I really appreciated that.

I don't know a lot about plumbing, but by the time they showed me everything & explained the problem, I had a good understanding of the situation. And, they found a solution that saved me money as well. They thoroughly checked their work before leaving & everything was left so clean, I could hardly tell they had been there.

I'm really pleased with American Plumbing & thank them for doing such a great job. I would DEFINITELY call on them again.

American Plumbing and Heating received my call and responded promptly. Eric looked at what we needed, a water heater, and estimated the job. Within three hours a plumber arrived and replaced our old leaking water heater. The cost was very reasonable and they gave us a nice military discount that saved us over $100. I am very happy with their service.

American Heating and Plumbing is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone. I was able to get an appointment right away as we were having plumbing issues and needed someone asap. Cisco came out and advised us about what to do. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with his service. A few days later he returned with his co worker Dan and they again were prompt, courteous and efficient.
