Jack and Zeus returned next day to do extensive four hour job on septic pipe replacement. They did a wonderful job. I’ve never seen two more hard working gentleman. It was an exhausting job and through it all they were courteous and respectful. I appreciate that very much. Thank you!

Our kitchen sink was badly glogged. Our regular plumber was not available so I called American plumbing and they were her within 3 hours. Jack was professional personable and very knowledgeable. He did a great job and was very neat and clean. I would recommend them highly. This was in a Sunday at am.

No follow through. Eric said he managed 60 people and that he could and would accomplish several plumbing jobs for us by himself. First visit was delayed. He installed grab bars in shower.Three weeks later we were still wiithout a downstairs toilet installation and a handicapped husband attempting stairs to go to a bathroom upstairs was stressful and difficult. Eric didn't answer any calls to follow through. Left messages for him to call me. I was assured he was receiving them and would call. Poor representation as a manager for this company.

We were charged for a courtesy visit that may have been a woodpecker issue rather than a hot water heater issue. They've since retracted the fee, but come on...up-front pricing, right?

It was a pleasure having Jack come out to our home to provide excellent plumbing service in our bathroom and kitchen. Jack repaired our leaking bathtub faucet and replaced our kitchen faucet. He was professional, friendly and thorough. Jack explained the work that he needed to do in order to complete the jobs and gave us recommendations for maintenance moving forward. Michael was excellent and very professional. Answered all of our questions. Very happy with the service. But the price of the service was $285.25 and for toilet flapper replacement and my replacement for my leaking expansion tank for my hot water tank was $533.19 so the total cost was $896.99 which I find extremely expensive.. The parts were only $102.94.. I was given a discount of $46.07.
Michael did a great job but I can’t afford to use the service Again. One of the toilets started to run again sporadically… And Michael did a wonderful job fixing it

I used American Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for the first time today. It was a great experience! They were very professional, efficient and upfront with their pricing. They even honored a discount that I forgot to mention when I scheduled the appointment. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Came for Backflow did not send the documents to Water authority and now i have 3 day to look to hire different plumber because no one answeres the email or phone number,that’s ridiculous.Do not hire this company.

12/ 7 Nick worked so diligently and finally found the leak under our kitchen sink. He also provided great suggestions on the next steps for our upgrades we want for faucets and toilets. Really helpful and well done!!

I was referred to American Plumbing by another plumber. We had an obstructed sewer line. They provided a technician, Cisco, who arrived at 6:30 pm, only 1 hours after my first contacting them.
Cisco was pleasant, very efficient, and explained the nature of the problem and what needed to be done. He successfully cleared the blockage with a 100 foot snake.
I was very pleased with the efficient service. Highest recommendation.

I had a very heavy clog between my septic tank and baffle . Jack from American plumbing can out and found the issue. It was a large root. He went above and beyond to get the line cleared successfully . Highly recommend this place and I will personally request Jack if he is available

I am very pleased with the work completed by Keith and Mike. They are very pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job and I will recommend American Plumbing Heating and Cooling to many of my friends. I am presently doing a load of wash now. My knees and back will be happy that I have a laundry unit on the 1st floor.

We needed our septic pipe dug up and replaced in our yard, which is a big job! The team was very thorough in explaining what they had to do prior to the job. They were on time and didn’t seem to stop working during the 6 hour project. Very professional and kind. Carla, whom I spoke with on the phone and via email, was so friendly, helpful and quick with response time. Brian, Zeus and Justin were on site to get the job done. They finished the project by refilling and leveling out the dirt, leaving the yard as clean as they possibly could. I highly recommend their service and will use them in the future.

Not a reliable company. The employees they sent to our house did not know their trade well - for a toilet that slowly leaks water into the bowl - should have known where to start (flapper system)! They had to come back 2 more times and at the last visit, I was told they had to order a part and and would be back in a few days! Well, fast forward 3 weeks - have not seen nor heard from them, nobody is answering calls, em-mails nor call back requests through their website.

I received my text that Jack was on his way in the time period provided to me. He arrived promptly at noon and began to work on installing our new hot water 💦 heater. He had been out previously and quoted me for full purchase and installation by them or and also if I purchased my own tank and they installed it and warranty the labor. I had 3-4 plumbing issues that were minor, but all together they had been bothering me for months. It took one email to American PHC Services to get a service time that worked for me - only one day from my initial outreach. The professional team who came to help me were on time, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and SO respectful! They were in and out in less than an hour.
