My basement was flooded and it was 6 am. I looked online for a highly rated plumbing company and the rest is history. Within the hour, Jamie arrived and discovered why my basement was taking on water. Then, the owner Andy Leone arrived with John and Michael to further study the complicated plumbing scenario and a plan was designed on the first day. The truth is that this flood opened the door to many other existing problems that plagued the basement ie mold growth, faulty draining, and the need for a new sump pump and hot water tank. Needless to say, the Leone Plumbing team were part of my household for seven weeks to properly repair the numerous issues that needed to be repaired and rebuilt. Jamie was commander of the installation of new pumps and hot water tank. He worked quickly that first day so that I had hot water that day. He was reassuring, warm, and knowledgeable. Just what I needed being in such a vulnerable position. Then, Johnny and Jose tackled the breakdown of the finished walls to start process of removing mold. They were at our house the longest having both tear down and rebuilding responsibilities. They were such a wonderful team explaining to me every day what they hoped to accomplish and communicating with me as to what I thought about certain aspects of the project. At all times, they were hard working, meticulous, pleasant, and sensitive always to those questions that I had. As I told owner Andy Leone many times, what an incredibly blessed business owner he is to have such exemplary employees representing him. Now, I have the most beautiful and state of the art basement.

I called Leone Plumbing after my 89-year-old father tried fixing an outdoor faucet himself. After going to several hardware stores to look for the parts, he realized there was no way he was going to find them because his house was built in 1958. I called Leone plumbing and talk to the owner, Andy. He sent someone out within a day to fix the leaking faucet. The new faucet is amazing and so easy to use. Leone Plumbing completed a full tear out and rebuilding of the kitchen and bathroom in our home. It was a long term project and working with the Leone team was very positive experience. I called and was able to get same day response, and service. The job required a second day, due to the parts being ordered. the turnaround time was a day and the server Matt was professional, courteous, and efficient. We plan to use this company on the regular for our plumbing needs.

I've been using Leone Plumbing for a couple of years now, they are very responsive and really dependable. They are experts when it comes to all plumbing jobs. They give me ideas and come up with solutions. The guys are honest and always treat me like a preferred customer. I would recommend them to anyone. I've had my outdoor faucets replaced, plumbing work for a pool, a new sump pump put in and all kinds of work in my master bath ! I'm very satisfied with Leone.

Mike was very friendly, professional and respectful while performing the work in our home. Andy was very helpful over the phone suggesting solutions to the problem we were having and dispatching Mike the very next day. I've never used a plumber before, but price seemed a little high for services provided. However, the response time and quality of service was excellent, so I guess you get what you pay for. I will definitely call Andy again if I need plumbing services.

Fantastic responsiveness and excellent customer service from the very outset. I was given Leone Plumbing's phone number by my hot water heater's company and I'm glad they did. First, Andy answered my call within 30 seconds. Second, he listened to my situation and helped me troubleshoot to narrow down the options. Then he described a couple of courses of action to help me decide whether to repair the water heater or replace it. He was very honest and left the option open to have his technician still troubleshoot when he came on site and possibly save me the cost of a new installation. Despite a busy schedule he fit us in and had someone at our house with a new water heater in less than 36 hours. The job was done quickly, neatly, and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend Leone Plumbing & Heating to anyone that is looking for professionalism, honesty, fair pricing, and excellent work.

We were having plumbing issues and chose to use Leone as they had 5 star reviews. I knew I made the right decision when I called Andy on a Sunday night and he contacted me back within an hour. Someone came and assessed our problem the very next day! We felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. Of the three issues he found, we had one fixed right away and will definitely call Leone Plumbing back when we are ready to have the remaining issue fixed! I unfortunately had to contact Leone Plumbing due to an unknown leak. They came out right away and found the leak was actually a water line in my refrigerator. There was so much damage and I honestly had no clue what to do. Best part about Andy is that he was able to help out with everything. He explained the insurance process to me and talked to the adjusters for me. He kept me in the loop and he was able to turn my kitchen into a brand new one. I am more than happy with their service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services. They are an honest hard working company that looks out for their customers.

Leone Plumbing was so responsive when I called regarding a clogged kitchen sink. I was able to get same day service and Jameson arrived during the service window I was promised. He was friendly and professional, up front about the cost associated with the issue, and the process to get the issue resolved. Called Leone plumbing with a problem beyond our skill and they were over promptly the next day at time slotted. Jameson fixed our old plumbing and updated like new. We had a water leak and we’re looking for someone to repair and fix the damage. We looked at reviews of local plumbing companies and chose Leone Plumbing because of the excellent reviews. Andy from Leone plumbing sent a crew out immediately to assess the damage and repair the leak. Andy worked with us and our insurance company on the the work that would be needed and quickly got the work started. The job was extensive including mold removal, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, electrical, painting, plumbing, and new flooring. The plumbers did an excellent job in finding the leak and making the repairs. They were very friendly, professional, and timely. Josh was assigned the remodeling portion of this large job and was a real pleasure to work with. His flexibly, ideas, professionalism, and knowledge of all areas of refinishing was nothing less than outstanding!

I originally contacted Leone Plumbing to address a sink faucet problem we were having at our new home, plus several other items. Jamison arrived on time and he was polite, professional and did an excellent job fixing all the items. I can’t say how much I appreciate his work ethic and that he respected our home as if it were his own. So much so that we went immediately back to Leone when we decided to replace our existing toilets. Fantastic service from Jamison and Leone Plumbing & Heating! Had an emergency issue, they got someone out here within 2 hours and fixed the job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I contacted Leone Plumbing to remodel a bathroom and fix a bad leak in a wall. I had used a cheaper general contractor before for another bathroom, and had a bad experience; this time, I chose a company that had real plumbing experience. Andy, the owner, walked me through the steps of what needed to be done; what suggestions he would make that made sense--without having to spend a ton of extra money; and gave me a fair time frame for completion.

Prices were in the middle, but I was looking for skilled, quality work this time around; Leone Plumbing provided value, experience, and professionalism. Andy told me that he could be done in three weeks, but the job was done in two! Jose did an excellent job getting everything done quickly and professionally, and didn't cut corners.
