Heating Services: Simco always responds promptly and provides excellent services. Most recently, they worked on my furnace and replaced my thermostats. They were courteous, friendly and I felt that they provided me with a fair price for the parts and services. They are my go-to team when I have heating or plumbing needs.

I have used this company for years. The response I get from Don the owner is amazing, and his work is always done right the first time. Don has always been polite and always straight to the point of what is wrong. I would highly recommend

Don Simone is the worst plumber I have ever dealt with. My home was gutted out last year because of a burst pipe . He did the plumbing and everything he did seemed wrong. Our downstairs toilet was leaking into the basement for months before I noticed. when I remove the toilet, it was not even sitting on the wax ring. I had to reverse all our hot and cold lines because he had them on backwards. He cut a vent line for our dryer upstairs and he cut it in wrong so he had to cut another hole. His patch job was lousy. he scratched the door to our brand new dishwasher when installing, and if you pointed anything out to him, he was very arrogant and obnoxious. stay away from this two bit Plumber. he just doesn’t care and he needs to retire. As soon as that insurance claim was paid Don Simone was paid in full. Don Simone was also rude and condescending to my wife.

Thank you Simco plumbing! Because of your overcharging me and attempting to overcharge me even more, I learned to change my sink fixture by myself, a valuable lesson. Thank you for supporting women learning trades!

I ordered my water tank from Home Depot and needed a service week after finally they sent service from this company and he didn’t see any issue with water tank! I have a labor and part warranty anyway!
Technician was rude and didn’t listen or explain start arguing with me saying that chimney need to be fixed I said i will call the people I have been working with and He said since he came my house i must pay him even if he doesn't fix chimney.

It was hilarious!!
I am going to complain everywhere he didn’t wanna leave my house and treated me saying he will let RGE come and cut my gas!

They came checked and i am safe.

My 2 month old Rheem hot water tank blew but was covered under their warranty and Simco was assigned just before Rheem's service team was closed for the holiday weekend. Luckily calling Simco's emergency line only minutes later and I reached Don, he assured me not to worry, Chris would be out the following day. Chris took care of pulling the tank, taking it back to Home Depot to swap for replacement, reinstall. Chris was careful getting in and out of the house. Both Don & Chris were great to work with.

After my home warranty company denied my claim, Simco fixed my furnace and had our heat on. It's 22 degrees out and they fixed it same day.

This company was very patient and as a first time home owner the gentleman took his time to educate me on something’s I didn’t know. Very helpful and got my furnace working. I’m very appreciative thank you!!

The most horrible experience with Simco plumbing. Don cut out an extra hole in my new home and tried to cover it up. I saw it and asked , his reply it was nothing and you are being ridiculous. This is how he left this mess he created.I told him I wanted this fixed and they are blowing me off and demanding to be paid……..

I had to have my air conditioner and furnace repaired. I’ve never dealt with a company that is so responsive. Their price was comparable to other quotes I received, but the response time was way above average. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or heating work that you need.

Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional technician we've ever had in our home. We've had technicians in our home from every trade who have been WONDERFUL- there are wonderful, kind, caring professionals out there and Don is not one of them.

Don & his son came out to fix our leaking furnace & was able to fix the problem right away- turns out he did not fix the problem!! He slapped a bandage on the problem and made it seem like he fixed it. He left a towel on the furnace which RG&E came out and said that it was dangerous to be there and can start a fire. There is water all in the furnace even where the motherboard is! Which left me to turn the ac off in 90 degree weather to prevent further damages. I lost my stepdad and me and my mom don’t know too much about this. While in our basement he turned our water heater temp down and left his company sticker on the heater so that way we would call him back and pay a service fee again to turn it back up which he calls resetting it. The water was freezing so we willing to pay. He said he would give a deal and charge $40 through cash app. Very unprofessional and crooked and he’s teaching his son or grandson the wrong way to do business. We believed that he helped us and was a good person so we tipped extra so he could treat him and his son for lunch. Don G Simeone is very unprofessional and crooked. Be careful with letting him in your house alone especially if you do not know much about heating and cooling & also plumbing because all he could respond with is replace everything & everything is not old. They are hard up for money. Good luck with this company especially the owner!

I was given Leone Plumbing & Heating contact information by my contractor and they responded the next day. They removed two clogs from my main line and basement bathroom. Removed and replaced a section of pipe from my bathtub. Everything works properly and I highly recommend them. Jamison and Adam were professional, I look forward to using them in the future when I make updates to my bathroom.

If you are looking for an honest, ethical, and reliable plumbing and heating service this is the company for you. I have dealt with Carlos and Andy quite a few times on large projects through out my hotel. They always treat myself and my guests with the up-most respect and really accomplish great work. Moving forward I can assure you that they are and will always be our go to for plumbing and heating services.

I had Leone plumbing come fix a leak at my restaurant and the plumber Jameson was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He also went above and beyond and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Leone plumbing! I would def recommend their service!

I write very few reviews however, I feel as though this one needed to be reviewed. 7am on a Friday and we wake up to a leak with our tankless water heater, literally calling around leaving messages. Andy returned my call almost immediately. We talked through the logistics and he gave me a price and said he could do it same day. (no one else even had one available to do same day!) It wasn't cheap but it was necessary. As promised the boys showed up in the p.m. swapped it out and were gone by dinner time. I never, ever would have known he was handling all of this while on the road bringing his kid home from college. Honestly one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. You rock Andy!!!! Thank you so very much!!

Leone plumbing was very responsive when I called for a blocked drain. Andy assessed the situation by phone after hours and determined it wasn’t an emergency needing to be seen after hours incurring higher fees. When they weren’t initially able to clear the blockage and the problem persisted after having the septic tank pumped, Terry came back to the house the following day and cleared the blockage at no additional charge. They were polite and helpful making notes of where the septic tanks were for their records in case ever needing to return. I was impressed with the Leone plumbing staff and their commitment to seeing the job through to completion. I would recommend Leone plumbing and will hire them for any future needs.

So glad I found Leone. Jamison came out and had a look. He diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I've never seen a more beautiful faucet. :) And I don't miss the fact that whenever I watered my yard I also watered the basement with the old leaking faucet.

I had to install unions to my pool filter so I could change out the sand. Leone Plumbing came out fast because the pool was open and could have been a mess.
