Kevin of Mr. Rooter came and assessed my plumbing issue quickly and gave an accurate estimate. Then he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and was pleasant and professional at all times. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter for my future plumbing problems!

Paid $216 for them to come out on Jan 1st for frozen pipes for my grandpa. They said oh, the pipes are warm, your water must be turned off. They never checked the right part. We had someone else come out and check it the next day and they said the pipes are frozen. I called Mr. Rooter back and they sent the same technician that said nothing was wrong for him to turn around and say oh it needs a new heating plug which is around $4 but have a quote for $1900. That’s ridiculous how they try to get over on people. Be warned about, Austin Wardoff.

I hired your company to clear my main sewer line, but the technician was unwilling to clean the entire line. Two months later, I had to call another service, and they removed a massive clog—approximately 12" long and 3" thick—that your technician completely missed. There is no way a blockage of that size developed in just two months.

Despite this, I was charged $900 for work that had to be redone. The second company charged only a third of that amount and also ran a camera all the way to the street, clearly showing the true location of the problem—nowhere near where your technician claimed it was.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received.

Had a sewer line blockage causing waste water to back up into our basement wash basin. An emergency visit was scheduled and technician arrived sooner than expected. Technician Kevin isolated the issue to the main sewer line, roughly 50ft from the house, and was able to remove the blockage. He also showed me more detail about the cause of the blockage and discussed options to prevent this from occurring in the future. Kevin was awesome!

They were very prompt and professional… I called first thing in the morning and the technicians were there by 11am. The problem was solved and they were done in about an hour. The service was a little more expensive than I anticipated but I’m sure the rate was competitive and the work was completed effectively. I have used them before and if God forbid I need a plumber again, they will be my “go to”!

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter. The response time was perfect and Emory Watkins, the plumber who came, was outstanding in assisting us!! Very pleased!

Saturday afternoon a sewer backup sent murky water from the upstairs shower into the kitchen sink, so I called Mr. Rooter and Kevin was at my door in about two hours and walked me through what he’d do.He used multiple water jetters to clear a stubborn clog under the house and didn’t leave until the line was running clean again. The office kept me updated while he was on the way and payment was straightforward. It is not the cheapest option but the result and speed were worth it. Available around the clock when the mess hits, this was solid work start to finish. Easy five stars.

I am a new home owner and bought my house 3 months ago. This past weekend, my tub and toilet stopped draining. I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to get someone out the same day to take a look. Unfortunately, they incorrectly diagnosed the problem and then were going to charge me an outrageous amount. I also specifically went with this company because I was told they could also work on septic tanks. The tech clearly had no knowledge of septic tanks whatsoever, which is why he incorrectly diagnosed the problem. I ended up going with a different company, who charged me $600 less than what Mr. Rooter quoted me and was actually able to look at my septic tank. If you are a house with a septic tank, save yourself the time and money and find a different company.

Very satisfied with the service provided by Kevin Gray to snake out and unclog our kitchen drain pipe out to the main. Every step of the process clearly explained including future preventative steps I could take to ensure properly functioning drains. Thanks Kevin for a very professional and friendly job well done!

Pat did a great job! Came out same day within an hour of calling. I’m grateful for that because we went the whole night without heat! It turns out our wiring was totally whacky going from the circuit board to the thermostat, he rewired everything and got it working in an hour. We finally have 2 stage heating with the correct wiring, something we haven’t had since we bought the house. Very nice guy to work with and gave us a fair price too.
