From our first encounter with Chris Conya to our project manager Cisco on the day of the roof work, I cannot express how happy we are with them & Stellar roofing. The work crew lead by Luis was phenomenal. I am beyond thrilled with choosing Stellar for it roofing needs. It was a bigger job than anticipated, but they did not disappoint with the quality of work. I highly recommend them and with be looking to them for when we're ready to redo our siding.

We started with a estimate with Anthony...what an amazing salesman!! He was very knowledgeable about Stellar Roofing. He made us feel very relaxed and confident with his company. We had Antonio was the site manager...he was extremely respectful and knowledgeable...loved the part of pictures taken about every half hour with the progress!! The Angel team wear amazing. They awesome workers! I'm amazed they did a tare off in one day!! I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for such amazing job!!!

After a roof leak due to heavy rains and the two previous inadequate roofers we contacted Stellar Roofing. They quickly assessed the damage and explained why the previous restoration was a complete mess to say the least.

The sales team were easy to work with when we proposed on replacing half the roof. They placed a secure tarp over the damaged area to prevent further leaking until the scheduled work took place.

The team worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job ahead of schedule despite potential rain delays. True to their word they delivered on their promise and completed all work and cleaned up the grounds 5 minutes before the heavens opened up.

They utilized drone footage and web tools to keep us informed and confident about the work being done. These tools gave us the ability to see their work quality and showed how the team was replacing the roof sections.

They excelled in cleaning up the grounds of any stray roofing nails and debris.

The ventilation and stacks were replaced with better materials. They also removed the inadequate snow melt wires installed by the previous homeowner.

The grounds were efficiently cleaned up, unlike other companies that left hidden debris.

The project manager provided a digital receipt, certificate of completion, and a twenty-year warranty for materials and labor.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Stellar Roofing again.

Antonio and his team did a great job on a complete tear off of my roof. All the decking was replaced as well on the main house. Antonio was professional in every aspect of the job process and procedures to complete the job in one day. Marcus and Sergio did a great job with keep everyone moving efficiently which I was very happy to see. They did a really job on putting our vinyl soffits on. All the workers worked very well. They came at 7 o’clock am and got started right away. They took a 10 minute coffee break and 30 minutes lunch and got finished in one day. They were all very professional and courteous. It looks really clean now. Thank you!

We had a very positive experience with our roof replacement project from start to finish. Our salesperson, Devan, spent several hours doing an estimate and talking us through various options and his follow-up was outstanding.

When a winter storm forced a delay in our project a week ago, our initial project manger, Antonio, and his supervisor, Pat, arranged to have the previously delivered dumpster and materials picked up so that our driveway was able to be snow plowed. We recognized that the extra step wasn’t an easy business decision from Stellar’s side, but the customer service it demonstrated says a great deal about the company.

Today, our project was finally able to be completed and we are very happy with the results. Project Manager Cisco along with Rudy’s crew worked diligently from the crack of dawn to complete the work in one day. I give them 5 stars for the quality, timely completion, and meticulous clean-up of our site.

In addition, the uploaded photos of project progress throughout the day allowed us to follow progress step-by-step. It was very satisfying to be able to see the work done from from replacing wood all the way through to the shingles. (All the stuff a customer never sees once the shingles on on … we were a able to see done.)

Quality matters to us and photos of flashing used around fireplace chimney and air vents demonstrates that quality matters to our crew. Kudos to Cisco, Rudy, and the whole team!

I had Stellar come out to do my roof, some insulation work, and my gutters and they were effective, communicative and like partners through the whole process. My sales rep Jacob Brown was outstanding when he first came out, taking time to answer all my questions and go over everything offered point by point, he even worked with me when there was a little hiccup during the process making it clear that he was in this for the relationship not just the money. I also have to give props to Julian the forman on my job, he was energetic, knowledgeable, and gave clear reasons to why things were done the way they were, even coming back out to touch up a small thing personally when I notices a piece of protective metal was missing. I for sure am going to recommend them to other people!

If you’re thinking of getting a new roof — go with someone else!! This place has caused my home and family more trouble than our ancient garbage roof ever did.

We were quoted for a new roof on our home in April 2025 and work began soon after. The workers had total disregard for our property. They stomped across our front garden, left their empty cans in our children’s sandbox, and left nails just all over. They also smashed and snapped a huge limb off of our lilac bush (I watched them do this carelessly). They left extra pieces of roofing on the roof that blew off into the yard as well as a significant amount of nails on top of the roof of our porch. I understand the work can be messy, but this seemed outrageous. I was picking nails off our driveway for months afterward.

The real issues started this winter. We live in Colden, NY and are used to harsh winters with an old roof. However, you’d think after almost $30k for a brand new roof you wouldn’t have to worry about leaking/ insane ice issues on it.

We have had leaking in the past that we were told would be remedied with the new roof. Instead, the leaking has been significantly worse this year causing more damage through our walls and ceilings.

The first time they sent a repairman out to address the issue I was not asked if we were home or if they could come on the property. They called and told me (again, not asked) they’d be at our house in 20 minutes. While I appreciate the quick response, I am a SAHM with two littles and really did not feel comfortable receiving a call that someone would be coming into my home while I was home by myself. In addition to this, they gave the repairman the wrong address and he ended up stuck in my neighbor’s driveway which was completely torn up when they pulled him out. The repairman did nothing but take photos of the house and shrug. He told me he couldn’t do anything because the amount of ice on the roof would further damage it.

The second time this happened, he took a ladder up to look at the issue and told us it was because of the siding. Our siding is old, however we are not convinced the siding is the issue. He found more pieces of roof that’d blown off in our yard and told us he was going to leave to reshape them and come back later that day to reattach them. He never came back, and we never heard from anyone again.

We had Stellar come out and look at two different roofs that started to concern us. Kyle came out in the POURING rain to look at the roofs we were interested in having repaired. He took photos, measurements, climbed on the wet roof and was extremely thorough. He even cleaned out a clogged gutter for us! Antonio’s crew came out on a frigid Friday morning. I was expecting them to cancel but they came out and completed the whole project in one day! They provided me photos throughout the day with updates. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the initial phone call to Antonio’s final walk through. All the employees were fantastic to talk to and work with. We will be using them again to replace another section once this past project is paid off. Well done Stellar.

Worked with Antonio and his crew. They were awesome. I had cedar shakes on my roof originally and they took those off, stripped it down to the studs, put new plywood on, etc. They did a great job and the job was done in 1.5 days. I received pictures along the way of the process and Antonio contacted me several times throughout to let me know what stage they were on. I was informed the whole time and it was great seeing before, during, and after pictures. Antonio came out after the project was done to go over it with me and make sure nothing was damaged, etc. The roof looks awesome and I recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof. We contracted Stellar for the siding in our house.It had the original wood siding from the fifty’s. Now looks like a new house. Antonio guide us through the actual process. Luis and his crew are our heroes. They did and excellent job. Under the most unpredictable weather. With windchill below zero and drafts of 40-50 mph. The work from 7:30am-5:30pm. Fast, consistent. Great team work!! We admire the compenetration and unity as a team. That is the reason to do a great quality work. Antonio directed his team as a winning one. Thanks We are so pleased and happy to see the results of our new home❤️It’s a great price for a great quality service!!

We needed a whole roof replacement, decking and all, and in early December, no less. Trevor, our sales rep, came out and assessed our property, walked us through what the entire process would entail, and presented samples of all the quality materials they would use and how each would be installed step by step. Project manager Antonio showed up on time with Rudy, Pablo and the rest of the crew and got straight to work. Antonio kept us informed and updated on every phase of the project. Despite having to handle severe winds, gruelling cold and heavy snow over the next three days, the amazing crew completed the job safely and properly. Any questions or outstanding issues were handled promptly and thoroughly. All in all, a “stellar” job indeed.

This is my third roof I've had to redo. The process has never been easier than it was with Stellar. From a leaking roof to a brand new roof in less than a week! A team descended on my house before 8 and finished by 1. It was incredible to witness. Huge shout-out to Mike, who did a thorough inspection and showed us with pictures and videos what needed to be repaired. Cisco was a great project manager, keeping in touch the entire time and sending progress pictures throughout the entire project. And Edwin and his team of 14 (!) worked very hard, very efficiently, and took no breaks. What an incredible job!

The crew workers that did the roof were amazing, friendly and communicated when issues were found and other repairs were needed. It was nice that nothing was hidden and no one tried to cut corners to pocket profits.
They were able to tare down and reinstall our 3 roofs done in one day.

Stellar replaced the roof on our extremely steep pitched home after most other companies refused to even quote the job. Our sales rep Chad spent a couple of hours with us initially, scoping the job, throughly documenting the roof and its challenges, then answering our many questions. The job took 2 days and our job site foreman Cisco was extremely communicative the whole time - checking in when any issues or anomalies were discovered. Luis and his crew were very prompt, worked back to back 12 hour days, and left the job site cleaner than they found it. We are very happy with our choice to go with Stellar!

Antonio was a fantastic project manager who kept me informed at every step. Thoughtful, insightful, and professional. An absolute asset to Stellar.

The Juan crew couldn't have been any better. Courteous, professional, and highly skilled. They left my property in fantastic shape. Not only did they install the roof like a well-oiled machine, but cleaned up fastidiously, going so far as to straighten the wire border around my flowerbeds.

Were they the last expensive? Nope. They weren't the most expensive either. The quality of materials and the level of professionalism more than made up for the price difference.

Can't recommend the combination of Antonio & Juan's crew strongly enough!

Stellar just finished my siding job today and I could not be happier. Nextor Garcia was always communicating with me and his crew of 6 Amazing people that worked harder and so precise in 8 degrees had me in AWE. They even took time to help me with my fireplace that needed sealing. I would forever recommend Stellar for any job. On a side note they are so organized the dumpster was picked up 1 hour after completion of job.

Five Star Improvement did a very nice job replacing some leaky gutters and damaged aluminum window trim. Work started on time and was completed to our satisfaction. The job site was left clean. I would definitely use this team again.
