The crew was very professional, efficient and cleaned up all the mess. Every time I spoke to Brandon he was very polite and seemed like my question was very important to him. They even made sure I could take my dogs outside for potty time safely. The office staff is very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

A hail storm hit our neighborhood in the summer of 2024. Our house was significantly damaged. The day after the storm I spoke with Donnie at Long Construction. He was working another job in the neighborhood and stopped to answer my questions. I told him that I was a novice when it came to dealing with home repairs and insurance claims. Donnie immediately put my mind at ease. He said that they have specialists that deal with the insurance company so that I don’t have to. He also told me that Long Construction would also inspect our home from top to bottom to make sure that everything that was damaged was repaired in full and nothing was missed.

I then met with John. John is their insurance specialist and truly a guardian angel. John’s job is to make sure that if a repair is covered under your policy, that the insurance company pay it out. To give you an example, initially the insurance company was only willing to replace half our roof, wanted to “patch work” our siding, and was only willing to pay $50 toward a new garage door. John worked night and day to fight for us. When he got done, our roof was fully replaced, the garage door was fully covered, and all siding was replaced. Again, this was because of John’s hard work. If I would tried to work with the insurance company myself, I likely would have never gotten the same results and would have had a much higher out of pocket cost.

The work on the home went well. The roof was fully replaced in one day. The siding took a few weeks. Now, I will point out that no job (construction related) ever goes perfectly smooth. At one point, one of the workers while replacing the siding, damaged some of the shingles on our brand new roof. Mike Long (the owner and always made himself available to talk with us at any time) took full responsibility and had the roof repaired ASAP.

I will also point out that we worked with many other’s at the company that I am forgetting to thank, but everyone there is fantastic to work with. We are extremely satisfied with the work done on our home and service Long Construction provided and we will be using them again. If you need work done on your home, you simply must choose Long Construction.

Brandon from Long Construction was dispatched to our home today. Water leak issue. Brandon was prompt, courteous, communicative, and thorough in finding the root cause. Work still to be done to remediate. But thoroughly impressed so far with Brandon’s professionalism and friendliness. Nice to work with such engaging and competent folks. Not always a given in this hectic world! Looking forward to completing the remediation with Brandon and Long Construction.

If you are looking for a company with old fashioned values I highly recommend Long Construction. They take pride in their work and how they treat their customers. They are all friendly, respectful, knowledgable and polite. The quality of their work is top notch and the pricing is competitive. They communicated with me throughout the job and explained everything they did in layman terms. I hired them for a new roof, gutters and wrapping the fascia and soffits in aluminum. I had one concern after completion. High winds were causing a downspout to rattle. I called them and the showed up the next day to stop the rattling. The. Project was done quickly and the cleanup was fantastic. I have not found a single nail on the ground! I will definitely use Long Construction in the future and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I called and spoke with a young lady named Felicia. She was so lovely and a joy to speak with. We were looking for information on ice dams and snow removal. She was very knowledgeable and her customer service was amazing. Will definitely be using your services!

Long Construction did a great job for us! We had an ice damming issue over the weekend and it was getting worse. Water was leaking into our house in Webster. They were very responsive and professional. Their team diagnosed the issue quickly. They removed the snow and ice in the affected areas on the roof and fixed the problem on a Sunday morning while snow continued to fall. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We experienced roof damage from wind on Halloween night. Without prior knowledge, we contacted Long Construction. John, Brandon, and Mike contacted us within the hour, and they were highly professional and efficient. Since this needed to be quick, they did everything possible, weather permitting, to install a new roof for us. We strongly recommend Long Construction and their entire team for their honesty, professionalism, hard work, cleanup, and communication.

We had Long put in a roof at our last house about 6 yrs ago & they were great so we hired them again to put in a new roof in our current home. Aaron is the guy we’ve been communicating with today on our current house while they were installing & I’ve never in my life have met someone who cared this much about their crew, their customer & just people in general. Just an all around great guy and Long is very blessed to have Aaron work for them! We’ve NEVER experienced anything negative with Long construction and that’s hard to come by these days. We had an urgent need for a new roof after our insurance company warned us that we would be dropped if it wasn’t replaced by February 9th. Long Construction stepped in right away, and we could not be more grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Dakota, our sales consultant, was absolutely fantastic. He never pressured us or tried to rush us into a decision. Unlike other companies that spent too much time talking in circles before giving us pricing and options, Dakota respected our time, got straight to the point, and still gave us the space we needed to think things through. Our project manager, Brandon, went above and beyond from start to finish. His communication was superb — he kept us updated with progress photos, explained everything clearly, and was completely transparent about issues that were overlooked by the previous homeowner. We woke up Sunday morning to water dripping heavily from our kitchen ceiling. Somewhat frantic, I contacted four different companies to potentially get up on our roof and clear off all the snow and ice, which was the source of the problem. Kevin Wing from Long Construction responded immediately, came to the house an hour later (on a Sunday, mind you) and had a quote for me shortly thereafter. His team showed up first thing Monday morning and did an incredible job of eliminating all the snow and ice in an extraordinarily professional, efficient and expeditious manner. I was so impressed that I immediately had them do the same for a rental property. I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and Long Construction.

The thought of getting a new roof seemed very overwhelming but Long Construction made the process so much easier than we ever expected! Everyone that we met along the way (Aaron, John, Phil, and Amanda) were incredibly kind and patient. They were ready and able to answer all our questions! We could not believe how fast and efficient the team was once they started the actual roof installation process…finished in less than 1 day! I simply cannot say enough good things about this company! From day one, we felt taken care of and heard. We hated our home—it was the most disgusting color and there was so much damage that previous owners ignored. Communication was fantastic and everyone was friendly and kind. Most of all, though, I appreciated how honest and real they were with us—they didn’t play games and they were willing to work with us to achieve the vision we had. When we had the first consultation, Phil was so helpful, even before we signed a contract, which he absolutely didn’t have to do, but that’s part of the reason we went with Long. One of the screens on our window accidentally broke and Brandon, our project manager, took the initiative to make it right and have it fixed without having to be asked. That moment spoke volumes to us.

The team finished our home yesterday and I am in awe. Their craftsmanship is incredible and we are so thankful that we went with this team. We definitely feel like we are part of the family and are so unbelievably thankful to everyone from Luis and Christian and their team, to Phil and Brandon who had to answer all my questions, to Amanda and Becky anytime I called the office.

This company is fantastic. I’m renovating my entire house and we found out some bad flashing had rotted out a section of our siding. It was a difficult process finding someone to take on this size project since it included both framing repair and siding. Brian Wahl was great to work with and really advocated for us. He came up with a solid plan and understood the urgency to have this finished up before going into the winter season. He delivered on his word and our job was completed by mid-October. The guys that worked on our house showed up first thing in the morning and worked into the evening to get it completed. They were very easy to talk to, kind, and their work was both thorough and meticulous. They exposed and removed all the rot to make sure the repair was done correctly. We’ll have our house painted in the spring, but it’s finally at a point where we can get it painted now that the repair is complete. I’m planning to go with this company to redo our roof in the near future. They really did a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.
