Huge ice build up on roof, 2' (feet), and water coming down the inside of the walls in the house. I called late Sunday and they came on Tuesday afternoon.

I was really impressed with this crew and the crew leader, very professional and clear communicators, The crew leader was very professional, a pleasure to do business with, she clearly communicated about what about what they could and couldn't do and about the payment scales. Very competent and pleasant. I had 6 men on the roof!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Torres and his crew! They completed our roofing project so quickly, made sure the surrounding areas were protected during active construction and they also cleaned up nicely afterwards. Torres was friendly, communicative & professional, and never hesitated to answer our questions! We’re so glad we chose Graves Bros to tackle our exterior projects. Next up is gutters & siding =) Thanks again guys!

Rough start. Quoted wrong price, but the person estimating compensated for the error. People removing old siding didn't pull all the nails out, but put house wrap over them, which made the installers have to find all the nails, slice through the house wrap to remove them, then patch over the cuts. However, the two young men, Romeo & Justin, were so respectful, fastidious, exacting, frugal with the materials supplied to them, and they cleaned up each day like they hadn't even been there. Both young men were a pleasure to have around they did beautiful work.

Brendon was very helpful and communicative with my roof repair, and he gave his honest professional advice on getting a new roof as well. Repair cost is subtracted from new roof price, good deal! Thank you for coming to help on a cold 15 degree day in January to patch the leak!

I am very pleased with the work Graves Brothers and Oaks siding have done for me. Everything was easy from the price quotes to scheduling the work. The install team were pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend them for any home repair or upgrades.

Devin and his team did an amazing job. Complete tear off and roof done in 8 hours. Friendly service, no damage done to any of the outside and not a single nail or any debris in the front or backyard. Bonus for loving our pets! Highly recommend! Before and after photos!

We have used them a few times in the past and have been very happy. However., this time so dissatisfied that we are finishing things on our own. I won't get into the start with estimating because the end results are so bad. The crew that did the siding had NO respect for the Aesthetics of the house or the yard and landscaping.
Everything we had issue with was a discussion or we would have no correspondence or reply from anyone. Connor was our contact and he thought everything was a joke and he would get back to us and never did. Now that it is spring we are seeing how much damage was done to our Landscaping. We have hundreds of dollars worth of damage not to mention the time to replant everything.
The front of the house has a window that the trim and siding are crooked so bad to the point the people installing the gutters commented on it. Also in the back of the house where they destroyed our landacaping it's crooked.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and as a matter of fact have told people how we feel who are looking to remodel. Really is a shame that Graves has gone downhill since being bought out by Oaks

We are so happy we chose to work with Graves Brothers for our siding. We had old 1970’s yellow siding. It was definitely showing its age and was the original color. We had a specific color in mind and it is not being made. Mike showed us what is in the same color range. He gave us options and helped us decide. The workmanship is great! The crew went out of their way to help me and voluntarily helped me with something that I was struggling with. The clean up was so thorough that there are no “lost” or dropped nails. The attention to detail is amazing. We are so happy with our new siding, the color is fantastic. Many of the neighbors compliment us on the color and work. When we need additional work Graves Brothers will be our first choice. I am definitely recommending Graves Brothers!

They are fantastic. I was at first concerned with the time it took to start the job itself but once they came, the siding was completed in 3.5 days instead of 7 days. Worked hard. Looks absolutely beautiful. One small issue came up, when I pointed it out, they fixed it immediately. Exceeded all my expectations. Not the cheapest , not most expensive, worth every dime

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their crew started on Tuesday and were done by the following Monday, even came on a Saturday to get some more work done. Unfortunately a few days after the work was completed we got hit with 55mph wind gusts that took off a couple of fascia pieces. Called the job supervisor the following morning and sent him the pictures. Assumed it would be a thing of be back next week or on the weekend to take care of it. Nope! Instead they came right down that very same day and got it all straightened out and back together! Genuinely can’t say enough good things about them just for doing that alone. Absolutely top class people and a damn great company to work with. Plus the house has never looked this beautiful

Had a great experience with our new roof. Bob and his crew were outstanding and even though there were a few snags, they made necessary repairs and left us with a lovely roof. The house is 115 years old this year so held many surprises. Rich came in on the second day and completed the job with exceptional attention to detail!

I've had great experiences with Graves Bros. Two years ago, the replaced my roof and recently they relaced my siding. Each time, eveeyone was professsional from the sales person, accounts recievable down to the workers. Everyone was respectful of our property and accommodatd my work. I would recommend Graves to anyone who is looking to replace their roof, siding and more. Im looking forward to replacing the windows a d doors soon.

Nicole was amazing during the inspection, making sure I understood what she was finding, what options there were, advantages and disadvantages to those options, etc. She did her research!

Installation blew by! The lead was super responsive and nice, happy to answer questions and ensure the work was good. The roofers themselves killed it, removing and installing the new roof and venting all within a day, and with very good quality work!

5-stars! The entire process was quick, easy, cost effective and we now have a beautiful roof! Through the estimating and proposal process, Keven was understanding, professional and responsive. During the job, Aaron, explained everything and kept us updated throughout. Aaron and his team worked hard and had the roof installation completed in one day. Mike and his crew did a roof about 7 years ago and they did awesome job! We had home and his crew come back to do some flashing around windows and put up some siding that blew off in wind storm. Mike took the time to call and explain about the project and give rough time frame. I love the communication especially the work was being done at my mom’s house and I don’t live there. They were very accommodating knowing my mother is not able to ambulate well. The work is top line, looks amazing and highly recommended Long construction. The office staff is also amazing, great personality and respond quick to emails. Everyone I have talked with at Long construction I get the impression they like job. Some companies in past I worked with they had not such great attitude. Mike, I will definitely recommend you to everyone I talk with!! Thanks everyone that took part with my mother’s house including emails, text and phone calls!

Great company to work with! Matt Auble did a roof for one of our rental properties, completed the job 2 days. Very professional, hard working. Kept the yard clean, and our tenants loved him. Great price, we will definitely be using Matt and Long Construction again for more projects.

We called long construction because our roof was leaking, the office staff were very professional and pleasant to talk to. Keven was also very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Our project manager Brandon was extremely detailed and communicated with me through out the whole project. The crew was polite and personal and left my yard cleaner than it was before hand.

Mr. Prince was fantastic to work with, he was delightful and knowledgeable during the construction process which lead to a successful project with awesome results. Would totally recommend him 10/10 times!

I had a leak coming through the ceiling in my kitchen. Called Long Construction for help thinking it might be the roof. Mike Long came out several times to troubleshoot the problem and didn’t quit until he found where the leak was coming from which was the chimney. He gave us recommendations on who to call to fix the chimney. His customer service was excellent, would recommend highly.

Long Construction was great. Dustin worked tirelessly to help me out. The crew was fast, great workers, and did amazing cleaning up any mess they made and making sure they triple checked the yard for nails. For my roof being pretty big they were in and out within 2 days and then they also came through to make sure they fixed any minor issues. If you are looking for a company who will take care of you then this is where to go!
