Our furnace suddenly became very noisy. Called Monday morning. Josh and Tanner arrived that afternoon, diagnosed an inducer fan with a failing bearing, and located the part miles away. They reassembled the unit and the fan made it through the coolish night. Josh was back around 8:30 a.m., installed the new fan, and checked the system. We will definitely use them again (bought the maintenance contract) and highly recommend them. Knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonably priced. Additionally, when I called the main number, I was speaking with one of the owners. Nice to know he’s that hands-on.

Dynamic Mechanical replaced one of my heat pump systems. The price was excellent and the work was done on time and without issue. Randy is great to work with and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dynamic!

Randy was quick to respond to my phone call, even after hours. Joshua was there the first thing the next morning. He answered every question and wanted to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. The compressor went bad but fortunately it is under warranty. I will be subscribing to their maintenance program to potentially prevent similar issues in the future!

I was very pleased with Dynamic Mechanical. They had bought the company that I had been using for years. Initially when I learned this, I was a bit concerned that the service and crew wouldn’t be as good as what I have been accustomed to. Well, I needn’t have worried. The transition has been seamless and I will continue as a customer. Bridget in the office was great to work with—she was quick to respond, friendly, and made scheduling easy. Gabe, the tech that came was punctual, polite, and fixed the problem without any difficulty at all. Fortunately it was a warranty repair and I was not charged. Thank you for the great service and for exceeding my expectations.

During the frigid, snowy weekend of Jan. 31-Feb. 1, I called Dynamic Mechanical when my heating wasn't working as it should. The owner returned my call from the airport, where he was waiting to fly out to a training/conference in Nevada. He arranged for a technician to come diagnose the problem right away, and he followed up with me throughout the weekend. The issue was electrical, and the owner even called my electrician to make sure everyone was in agreement about how to correct the problem. Now THAT'S what I call excellent customer service!

We had our HVAC installed by another company that ended up being bought out by Dynamic. Our original installation included a parts and labor warranty, but Dynamic refused to honor this. I called them for assistance without the knowledge that the prior company had been bought (called the number for the previous company), thinking that would be covered by the original warranty with the purchase of the unit. While I did note the difference in the company name at the time, they were able to locate my information from the prior service during my call, so I was not under any assumption that my previous purchase would not be honored.

Fortunately, the most recent issue was just because I hadn't changed the air filters so it was quickly resolved. However, Dynamic still wanted to charge $100 for diagnostic. I understand and am willing to (and did) pay this since it's ultimately on me, but it's disappointing that they chose not to honor the original warranty and chose $100 over having a returning customer. I would have been much more interested in continuing the relationship with Dynamic had they been willing to waive the fee as a one-time courtesy after explaining the change in ownership. I am putting 3 stars in spite of the above, as they did send a technician out relatively quickly after my call. A technician arrived within about 2 hours of originally contacting them so I think it's fair to recognize that this aspect of the service was good, and the technician was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the entire experience soured my opinion of Dynamic so I'll not be using them in the future.

Edit: Originally I had provided a 3 star review, but I'm updating this to 1 star on the following day as my HVAC unit is still not working, even after having changed the filters. So not only did they misdiagnose the issue, they overcharged me while doing nothing, and still didn't honor the previous warranty. Very poor experience.

Edit 2: The business owner responded below. I’ll just point out they had the chance to make things right prior to my writing a bad review and reaching out to the manufacturer, and it was only after doing those things that they decided to “honor the undisclosed promises”, whatever that means. I’ll be looking elsewhere for HVAC services, thanks.

Top Notch! The entire process from diagnosis to replacement was simple efficient and straight ahead. From the minute, I called Bridget I knew I was dealing with professionals. They were quick to respond when my heat went out in the middle of a cold spell in my new building. The technicians were efficient, professional, and very clean. They had removed and installed the unit faster than it took the time to run my errands. I will recommend and continue to use dynamic mechanical for all my needs in the future. Thanks guys.

Dynamic replaced my HVAC system. Jeff Piskorik is the owner of his family run business. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and does not pressure. I had no heat. He offered space heaters while I waited for a new unit. He came to my house on December 22/26, put me at the top of his priority list, and with his crew installed a new Rheem HVAC 12/30. I highly recommend Dynamic. PRB

This company is absolutely fantastic. I got referred by one of my co workers to call Randy at Dynamic Mechanical and I’m so glad I did. Randy was super fast and responsive and sent his guy over to fix my issue as soon as I needed him to. Josh, the technician, is not only very knowledgeable but he is honest, has a great attitude, and his communication was outstanding. I am a sales rep myself so I know if someone is just trying to sell to me and he wasn’t. You could tell he took pride in what he does and wanted to help us, not take advantage of us. He went above and beyond to make sure he did his job quickly and efficiently and to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you Randy and Josh for everything. You will now be the only HVAC company I go with.

Jeorell went above and beyond helping to get our A/C running again. He helped my wife put a portable unit in the window for her elderly mother. Then he did a thorough search to find the right blower motor ahead of schedule.

Element Service Group LLC kept us informed of our appointment time and were even able to see us earlier than expected. The technician was polite and informative and able to identify the problem with our AC unit and fix it within an hour of arriving!

Our unit wasn't cooling the house so we used the 24hr service the call was answered right away the info was given to the on call service center within minutes the technician called and was at the house in less than an hour. Aaron came out he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable he looked at the unit saw the problem and better yet solved the problem. We have been using Element since 2017 we have never been disappointed with their service. Thank you Aaron for your time and help.
