Jaiden was easy to communicate with, and was able to fix our tricky AC issue. We are happy with his service and because of that, we decided to sign-up for a regular AC maintenance. Definitely, 5-stars!

I have really enjoyed my experience with Element Service Group. I've had no trouble scheduling service and Zach George has been a terrific technician. He not only takes the time to explain in detail what needs to be repaired, he can also explain the reasons behind the repair and the science of how the system operates. Top notch service all around, five out of five stars.

They had the problem fixed within an hour & a half of my initial call. Price was reasonable for an off-hours call & the tech was personable, polite, & knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

Element provides wonderful service. Mario is the most polite service person I’ve encountered. He takes photos and explains thoroughly all the work he is doing as well as what is needed. Can’t say enough good things about the company.

Service was amazing from the scheduler to the technician being able to take care of the issue promptly. The office staff was very friendly and responsive. It was the hottest day of summer and we were able to get a technician within twenty four hours. Jeorell was our tech. He was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and fix it in about forty five minutes. He even handled a wasp situation with good humor. I highly recommend the company.

Dexter was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the issue.

The technician was competent respectful and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning system quickly and effected the repair on site immediately. Highly skilled and excellent representative of his company.

The third time was a charm. It was some damage wiring on the main furnace, which Bernard was able to repair. He did a fantastic job and I’m very pleased that I have air conditioning now. Thank you, Mr. Bernard job well done.

Absolutely amazing work! The crew that they sent out was very respectful, worked diligently, and made sure to clearly communicate next steps and keep me informed throughout the process. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in record time. Kyle, the manager, also kept me updated and in touch about post-work updates. Overall, way better than the personal maintenance team at my apartment! So glad they took care of our repair. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone in their area. Thank you Element!

I have been working with this company for a couple years now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I work with Kyle and Ryan and they soar above most in the business. The first thing you notice when you meet Kyle or Ryan, as they are both nicely dressed, clean, punctual and above all More polite than anyone I’ve ever met in this field. They will jump through hoops to get you what you need and get you up and running as soon as possible. If there was a 10 star review, I would leave that!

Nick, was awesome in letting me know what is wrong with my water pressure. He is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him to do my plumbing, and your plumbing needs.

Arron was great from start to finish answered all my questions 10 out of 10 he was great.

Aaron got my heat pump repaired in record time and right before the extreme cold. Element walked me through the entire process and were always available to answer any and all questions.
