I’d like to extend a big thank you to Nick and the new plumbing department at Element Service Group. They’ve consistently done an excellent job maintaining my HVAC system, so when I learned they had started a plumbing department, I expected the same level of professionalism—and they delivered.

They provided a courtesy plumbing inspection and thoroughly checked my entire home. I’m happy to say everything received a big check mark. The only recommendations were simple maintenance items to help keep everything in great condition and give me peace of mind about my plumbing.

I highly recommend their team. I’ve lived in this home for 40 years and have had many different tradesmen work here, but today I realized I’ve finally found the right company.

Called for a quote and when they came to look at what I want done the quote changed dramatically. I asked why it would change so much and Chad replied "because that's what it costs". Very unprofessional and felt like he was trying to intimidate me to use his business. Definitely do not recommend.

HRD Air responded quickly when our heat went out during a cold snap. We knew the system was old and was not surprised when we needed a new one. All the workers that were in and out of the house were vey professional. We would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Our second floor AC unit went out in July and they were able to come out the next day. They gave me what seemed like an educated and honest opinion and were able to get us a new unit the next week! When they put in the new unit they got here first thing in the morning and worked hard with their crew to get it done so we could sleep with cool air that night. Thankful we called them. Will definitely be calling them again if something goes out with another unit.

Amazing customer service! Came out last year and gave us a great deal on a new HVAC system. Listened to our specific needs and gave us exactly what we needed. This year had a small issue and he came right out, was prompt and full of empathy. Great prices, great service! Definitely recommend!!!!

Len was very helpful over the phone, explaining what could be wrong and what it would take to repair. The repair was done in a timely manor and at the expected cost. We are a small library with a tight budget and greatly appreciated Len and Lenny's professionalism and honesty. I would highly recommend HRD Air!

HRD Air came out initially in August of 2018 and recommended that I get $2,600 worth of repairs due to AC not working and it leaking and caused damage to my roof. At that time, I paid almost $600 for Freon because the repair guy said it was low. Keep in mind, I've had companies say that before and never added Freon. Fast forward to May of 2019, my AC stopped working again. I reached out and complained considering I dropped almost 3K to have my AC repaired. One of the owners came and said it had nothing to do with the repairs they did and told me a part blew out and they needed to replace it and that my AC unit outside needed cleaning, which cost me an additional $560. He then said I needed Freon again after just having it added a year ago. I declined because that did not seem right to me. Today, I noticed my house was extremely hot and an area in my roof is leaking again. Unfortunately, I'm back to square one. This breaks my heart because I'm a single mom and have very limited funds, so when I run across companies that take advantage, it makes me lose hope in humanity and the overall integrity of people. It's like folks have no compassion nowadays and they're willing to capitalize on any situation to make a quick dollar. Makes me sick to my stomach.

Finally! A fantastic experience! I was having issues with my A/C and needed it fixed before summer heat started. After I explained the "symptoms", Lenny had a pretty good idea of the cause. He explained the probable issue, laid out all of my options, explained the pros and cons of each, the pricing, and gave honest advise that was more in my best interest than his. He also gave me time to think about the options while he did the diagnostics to confirm or retract his theory. (He was correct) There was no sales pitch and no pressure. He was friendly, almost like a relative helping out a family member. I now have new faith in professionals. Thank You!!

A MILLION STARS!! Lenny came out to my home SAME DAY. I am not even an existing customer of his....
We were having trouble with our AC not working and another company was out earlier in the day and told us we needed an entirely new setup (after a 2 minute diagnosis) I wanted a second opinion. Called Lenny and he came out within a few hours. Found trash in our blower motor and loose nuts letting coolant out of our system. Needless to say he has a customer for life. HONESTY goes a long way and wish more companies understood this. We absolutely recommend you contact HRD Air. Thank you, Lenny!

We had used HRD Air for years to keep our Carrier units running in top shape through their maintenance program and through the occasional repair. Last spring Len and Lenny replaced our first and second floor HVAC units with Goodman systems after getting 17 years from our old systems due to their diligent work.
Couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, honesty, promptness and attention to detail over the years. If you live in Holly Springs I wouldn't use anyone else!

Very happy with their service! They responded quickly on a very hot day, they explained what needed to be done before starting the work. Once the repair was done they took the time to explain everything to me to make sure I was satisfied with the work and the price. I was happy to see that they also were careful not to track dirt into my house. Both father and son were very helpful and patient answering all my questions. I highly recommend HRDair!!!

The guys at HRD are great. Lenny SR/JR are great guys to work with and dia great job replacing my HVAC system. They were very responsive with my calls/texts. Additionally they didn't try and sell me unnecessary "upgrades" for my system. I highly recommend using these guys for your HVAC needs.

Excellent service, very responsive, prompt, and honest! We've had HRD doing regular maintenance for years, and we knew our old AC system was on its last legs. On a recent service call, HRD recommended we consider a replacement (due the unavailability of the old R22 refrigerant, among other problems with the system). Turns out it was a good thing we did! A day before the scheduled install, the old system finally gave up. The next day, a 4-person team was in and out with a full split system replace in under 5 hours, and the house is cool once again!

Outstanding!! There are very few times that I bother to write a review, but in this case, they deserve it. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. As a perfectionist, I was impressed with the clean install. Every wire, every pipe, every connection looks professional. The goodman unit they suggested is listed as one of the most dependable and is the best quality at the best price. 5 stars

This company is an excellent choice! They did a fantastic job of fixing my air conditioning unit. They were highly professional and honest. They answered all of my questions in a manner that I could understand. I found their work to be very detailed with prompt follow-up I recommended them to my family who were extremely satisfied also. I would definitely recommend hiring these guys. Very fairly priced!

Very highly recommend Lenny and his team at HRD Air. He responded to my initial call right away and was here to diagnose the issue at 8 am the next morning. He also was very diligent and thoughtful about preventing exposure in these pandemic times. We needed a new AC unit and he thoroughly and honestly walked us through all of our options so that we could make the right decision for us. They promptly replaced our unit with minimal disruption to us working from home. Honest, professional, knowledgeable!

What can I say... absolutely awesome service and professionalism!!! The 15 year old AC system in our recently purchased townhome needed to be replaced suddenly, during a wicked heat spell. Read the positive reviews here and called, and I don't regret it for a second. I was called back promptly, they arrived when they said they would and gave the system a complete and thorough check before they even started to talk to me about what might be wrong.

They were open and honest about the situation, and I never once got the impression I was being taken for a ride with them. Long story short, we decided to have an all new HVAC system put in. Originally, to get a comparable replacement, it was going to be about 2 weeks to get the equipment... not great, but what can you do in this economic climate. Just as we were about to go buy a few window AC units, received a call that if we were willing to slightly upgrade units they could install the next day. The slight "upgrade" came with a tiny price increase that was a lot cheaper then buying multiple window units, so I said YES!

The team was there the next day and got it installed cleanly and efficiently, taking care to not bang walls or scuff carpet and generally treated us with the utmost respect. We now have a nice new system that will last for years! There was one small hiccup that developed after they left, and they needed to come back out the next morning for a small adjustment. But they were prompt and made sure that all was well before leaving again.

I can't recommend Lenny Sr., Lenny Jr., and Curtis enough! Top notch guys that know their stuff, are courteous and efficient and can be counted on completely. They have my business for anything that may come up in the future, and I whole-heartedly recommend them for your HVAC needs too!!!

Lenny replaced my A/C and furnace. I felt so confident with his advice and proposal. Everything works well now and I'm very happy with their service. I won't call anyone else in the future.

Lenny and company were absolutely fantastic. I had a corroded inducer fan that was causing a ton of racket and seemed about to fail completely. They came out and confirmed my suspicions. Then they ran down a part, o small feat considering some of the shortages going on. It turned out the cost of the repair was significant and not really worth while for my aging unit. So I had them spec out a replacement unit and they came out to do the install very quickly. The job was impeccable and they went the extra mile with a number of details. They were really informative to talk to and humored my many questions. Lastly they also gave me some great advice on maximizing the efficiency of my outdoor units. There is no question that they have earned a recurring customer for all of my future HVAC needs!
