Can’t say enough about this company! We needed a new third-floor unit, and were able to have Lenny visit the next day. He gave us a quote in real time on a Thursday, installed our new unit the following Tuesday. Very nice crew, solid, clean work. They didn’t leave a mess behind and were extremely polite. The city inspector came and said it was very well installed. Can’t ask for more than that!

Our AC and furnace recently went kaput, and I wanted to give a shoutout to HRD Air who just installed a new system at our home.

Lenny, Curtis and the crew were respectful, courteous and did a great job with the install. Their team also squeezed us in within three days so we didn’t have to go long sleeping in the heat!

He gave us a few options on various scales of budget and let us pick our own without being sales-y in either direction. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs!!!

They were able to come out the same day and diagnose what was going on with my AC and was fixed the very next business day!

HRD Air is great. We have a service contract with them and appreciate their clear and prompt communication, their fast service, and the fact that they don’t “sell” us. They say they prefer to repair than to sell, and that has been our experience.

When our A/C went out during a major heatwave, they squeezed us into their schedule, got us a new system for a fair price (no gouging), and set us up with a portable unit in the meantime. The new system was installed on the scheduled day for the quoted price. Curtis did a terrific job keeping us apprised about the progress and what to expect.

For a couple of weeks just prior to Thanksgiving my newer high-efficiency heating system was intermittent and would shutoff unexpected and not restart for several hours. Restart of the furnace was hit and miss. HRD Air was able to come out the very next day after I called them. They arrived at the scheduled time , methodically diagnosed the issue as I watched, clearly explained the problem and performed the required repair. I was impressed with their friendliness and expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Lenny saved us! My husband and I were pretty stressed when we found out our 2-year-old condensing unit was going to require expensive repairs. This was the last of several issues we had with the system since our previous company installed it.

After receiving a recommendation for HRD Air on Nextdoor, I called Lenny (and several others) to ask for a 2nd opinion. Lenny stood out right from the start because he was super responsive and really listened to what our issue was. I could tell that his personality, backed by his expertise, would be a great match for us! It was also nice to be able to talk with a technician, which I understand is not always possible with larger companies.

My instinct to use HRD Air was cemented when Lenny came out to inspect our unit. Despite claiming he is not a salesman (maybe in the traditional sense), I was SOLD!

Lenny has been genuinely empathetic through the whole process, advising us as if he was in our shoes. As a younger adult, and somewhat inexperienced home owner, this goes a long way. He’s able to explain technical matters in an easy-to-understand way.

We ultimately decided to replace our condensing unit and are already pleased with the results. We had gotten used to our system overworking itself rather than turning on and off efficiently. Lenny did a very thorough job with the installation, especially flushing our pipes. The hookup outside even looks better, cosmetically, and he gave me great maintenance tips. We now have fully working A/C right before a hot weekend, which was only possible because he prioritized us in a short window.

We are so pleased overall! Bonus points because he was sweet to my dog. :-) We hoped to find a smaller company to work with. Now we have, and it has exceeded our expectations.

Lenny and Curtis were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Lenny even dug up a shrub that was too close to the new A/C unit at no extra charge! They were able to replace our furnace and A/C within 2 days of contacting them. They were very efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. In fact I have already told my neighbors how happy I was with them
