Blue Hat mechanical did a great job changing out a steam reheat coil on a older Trane roof top unit, here at NC State University. They were on time, tidy and checked their work. Restarted the unit and checked it again for proper operation.

I'm sure they do fine work. Technicians are very polite and professional. But the company's emails wear me out, this survey included. I'm going to reduce our maintenance schedule with Blue Hat, partly because I don't think our 3400 sf little office needs 4 visits per year, but also to cut down on the constant stream of emails, reminders, invoices, reports, schedule requests. Blue Hat has instituted an automated email system that apparently suits their needs, but as a client I feel heckled by it. Stop with all the emails! -Tom Caldwell, Atlas Engineering.

Very positive and enjoyable experience. We had only one other experience with Blue Hat, but they get out to our business promptly. The technician they sent, Scott, Had a lot of experience, and did a really good job of explaining to me what wasn’t working, what were the possible options, and helping me thing through them. He answered all my questions, told me to call him if anymore came up. Which they did, so I called him and got The clarification I needed to make a final decision. He was very patient, I thought. And fun to talk to :-)

Parker was very pleasant and professional and went right to work with little direction. All of the technicians at BlueHat have been nice to work with, which is important since our HVAC systems have needed extensive work! I like being able to continue working my own job without too many interruptions. The BlueHat technicians go about their tasks quietly and efficiently, as Parker did today, and our HVAC service has had little to no disruption.
