In early Spring of this year I needed to replace my aging upstairs air conditioning unit. I shopped around and compared prices /products from various companies in the Alamance county area. Chisholm was not only one of the most competitive on pricing, but from the start they showed a higher level of personal care as they answered all of my many questions (via phone, email, and text) with promptness and patience.

Chisholm's top-notch level of service continued with the installation, follow-up visit from a senior team member (to inspect/correct), and right through to being there for the final county inspection. Chisholm was honest with me from the start and worked with me to get through some of the small challenges along the way. They went to great lengths to make sure that the job was done right. In my opinion, Chisolm Service is second to none!!

Came home Friday evening and my ac was not working, my wife called them thinking they will hopefully come out tomorrow, but they were at my house in 15 minutes, had the unit working in about 30 mins just replaced and small part and cleaned out the unit. I’m not going to mention how little they charged me because you wouldn’t believe it. Received a follow up call making sure there were no problems , OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly recommend them very friendly and fast. Will be using them again.

I had a great experience with the company. They installed the system years ago and we had great crew come out who were respectful and friendly. Have never had any problems with the system. Now when selling the house there was an electrical question that came up and they were out here promptly and at no charge. Nice to work with would recommend to a friend.

This company has earned an excellent reputation in our community, thus, we chose them to replace our 24-year old ductwork. Every person with whom we had contact, including the installation crew, were delightful and competent. We have complete confidence in them and can recommend them to others without hesitation.

I have been using Chislomn for the past 3 years and have not had any issues. During my recent yearly service there was an issue with the wiring causing the unit to go down after it had been serviced but they were prompt in responding and fixing the issue.
