Didn’t finish all of the requested work. Kept saying they would come back out to complete it and never did.
Used very cheap supplies for replacing the doorbell and outlet covers. Some of the outlet covers are bent and warped. -
Always reliable, great service.

Came out; looked it over; Suspected a problem; but did not fix; After calling them back; they acted like they were not sure what the AC problem could be, and wanted another service fee to *find* out...Did not trust their records or did not keep any...Not mad..but disappointed... I figure, if they can not keep records or have any confidence in what was seen within a few weeks, why should i trust them to fix anything, especially if I have to pay twice for a diagnosis!

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air so scheduled a service call. The technician arrived promptly and began checking the unit. He informed me that the capacitor was weak and should be replaced, told me the cost and I agreed. He then checked the output temp was in the desired range. I have no complaints about the young man that fixed the unit.
Then he presented the bill and that is where I have an issue. There was. $61 charge for checking the refrigerant. None was added -just charged for the 5 minutes needed to connect the lines. There was also a $54 charge for checking the phase/voltage. These were in addition to the $68 service call. I feel strongly that finding the issue is part of the service call.
When I called for the appointment, I was ask if I had a service plan and replied that I did not. The technician also presented the service plan agreement which included a system check twice a year for about $240. Any parts and labor are in addition.
When I called to complain about what I felt were over charges, I was informed that if I had a service contract then it would include all diagnosis.
I move to Burlington for Apex. I had my unit in Apex checked and the $90 service call included all analysis and I was charged for refrigerant.
Crabbe is pushing folks to try and take out a service agreement where they make more money and I will have no part of it.
