The kid is disrespectful. A client called us to their home to look at an issue. He was there for a different matter and kept putting his two cents worth in to a conversation he wasn’t a part of. Very rude and unprofessional.

I didn't actually end up needing their services because the lady I talked to in the office literally looked up the type of Heater I had and pointed me towards the gas company. Genuine care!

I want to give a huge thank you to RJR Electric Heating and Air. Our heating system gave out Monday afternoon. It was a 20 year old system, and I am thankful it lasted so long. RJR had the best price AND was able to replace our unit today. The technicians were here first thing this morning and worked until we were being blanketed with snow. We have heat!! I have always relief on RJR for electric work. They wired the home I purchased 6 years ago when it was originally built. When I bought a fixer upper in Burlington, I reached out to them again to update a 1970 house with recessed LED lights, outlets where they needed to be....putting in some outside lighting...and just bringing the place up to date. In 3 days they were done and the house has been transformed. Can't say enough good things about Robin the owner and his son Cody who did my work. They have a great crew working for them and you won't go wrong having them do whatever needs to be done! Could not be more happy with the results.

I used RJR for all mechanical and electrical work on my new construction home in Chapel Hill. They ran the gas line, installed two gas furnaces, one in the crawlspace the other in the attic, as well as two outside AC units and a make up air system for the kitchen hood vent. They were patient with me on placement of electrical outlets, switches and light fixtures. Having both trades handled by one team made things go smoothly. Tina works her but off in the office, scheduling, communicating and providing check lists. The folks in office and their trades guys are reasonable people. Robbin, the owner, was patient and went back and forth with me on quote adjustments.

I really like these folks, they are kind and professional. They helped me with my pool electrical issues after a strange lighting incident. I’m thinking about using them for my hvac system too. I have recommended them to friends a few times since they fixed our pool system.

If you want everything at your house to be done wrong, they are the company to use.

They provided awesome, quick, and very non-intrusive service. They also provided me with the cheapest option. I had three estimates, and they were at least 2K below the other two options. I asked for the most economical option, and they gave me what I wanted.

They completely replaced the HVAC and moved the air filter from outside to inside my basement in a few hours at a price that beat everyone else.

This is my fourth time using this company and definitely not my last. The teams always provide prompt, courteous, reliable service at affordable rates. It can be a challenge to find trustworthy contractors, but I feel at ease with RJR every time.

The company came highly recommended and I decided to pay upfront (mistake). My contractor was not contacted as requestedduring installation and when I placed concerns about the finished product, they were not addressed in a timely fashion. I never received my receipt (two emails were provided). Lesson learned, do your research.

I can't say enough good things about the amazing crew at RJR.

We spent a lot of money with another company one summer, and had already invested so much time and money into them continuing to troubleshoot and "repair" our central air issues.

The following summer, when our AC once again showed us it had not been repaired, we contacted the right people for the job!

RJR immediately knew what the problem was, and knew we had already sunk a lot of time and money into a resolution that never came.

They were quick. They were knowledgeable. They were professional. And they perfectly explained the work they would do.

They took care of warranty registration for us, and set up PMs.

On top of all that, the owners are just awesome, hardworking people.

We had an issue this fall right when the cold weather hit with our heat, and in what I know is a very busy time for them, they made sure to get us looked at and repaired that same day.

We'll never use anyone else.

I never used their service but if how they drive reflects their quality of business I do not recommend. I was driving threw socastee and some guy driving the CLM117117 van was tailgating me and when someone merged over I had to break and he almost rear ended me. Then he flies by me going over 50 on his phone. If your that impatient. How can you work on people's heating and cooling.

I can't express how much these people mean to me. They are always there to help when I need them even to answer questions. Good Christian people who really care about their customers. Also, my old system would run all night (really) in the winter when it would get down to 32° and under. My new system actually cuts off and on like it's supposed to. My electric bill is the best it's ever been. I also call them for routine maintenance and have been with them for several years now and will never change to anyone else.

The crew at RJR are awesome! I got an electric vehicle and needed an EV Charger installed in my garage in addition to a few outlets installed in my new home. The team was super friendly when I called in, they came out to quote it quickly and were fairly priced. The crew that came out, were super nice, very knowledgeable and very mindful of my new home and were extremely clean. They cleaned up after themselves and left the areas better than what they found it. I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs, especially installing an EV Charger. They made the process so easy and I am very thankful for them!
