Over the past few days Heath worked to install two ductless mini splits to help maintain steady temperatures in our commercial kitchen and an addition to the building. He came in on the day he was scheduled and was out on time, both units look great, the install is very clean and looks as if it’s been there forever. Everything functions just as it should and there was no mess at all after he left, short of the units being installed you wouldn’t even know anyone was in the building working. Heath has also made some adjustments to our central Hvac in the past including service and duct repairs. He’s always professional to deal with and has a great reputation for doing the job right the first time!

Heath is awesome! Out of many services claiming '24 hours' service, he was the only one who picked up.
I had a furnace problem in burlington. Health walked me through potential issues and promised a quick turnaround!
And he delivered well - the furnace issue was resolved.

I can not say enough about Heath. He is kind, professional, and quick to respond. Our gas furnace went out this past weekend and he was honest about what needed to be done and incredibly thorough in finding the issue. As a result of the type of failure and the cold temperatures, Heath quickly replaced the system at a reasonable price. We are so thankful for Sykes Control Systems!

Asked for repair, came and said diagnosis only for $100! Said job would take 2 hours and he didn’t have time even with holiday coming and temperatures out of sight! Ridiculous waste of my time! Wanted over $700 to come back and do job!! No thank you.

Great experience with LM. Came out quickly and got our AC up and running. Jose worked efficiently and intelligently to solve our issue.

Today service tech Osmar was very friendly! He serviced my heat and was very helpful with my service agreement. I also have to say the scheduler I can’t think of her name she is so friendly and accommodating. I am very pleased with my service!

Did an excellent job for a fair price. Had previously used another company. They had claimed to fix issue. Then had to call them back. To only be informed that it's another problem. And it would cost me another large bill.

As a previous service agreement member with this company I was disappointed on how this company operates. Requesting 1/2 of a payment for work yet to be completed. Parts need to be ordered and technician requested 1/2 payment upfront. Be careful with companies who operate like this as they take money and typically never show up. We opted no to proceed with them.

Brian was excellent he diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me 4 options and didn't try to upsell me or anything. He was completely honest and forthright when talking with me about my issue. He also over quoted me on his guess for refrigerant so when he came back and only needed one pound iof refrigerant instead two it was great to have my costs cut in half.

Extremely happy with the service I received. I will definitely be using LM Wilson and will be letting friends, coworkers, and family know about my experience.

Jose is the man! Came out and fixed the issue same day- and it didnt take long to understand the issue directly and fix it!

My furnace stopped working on Sunday. I called LM Wilson that morning and had a tech arrive that afternoon. Jose was nice, courteous and very knowledgeable. After troubleshooting my unit, he discovered the problem and explained what was wrong. He didn't have those parts on his truck, and they wound up having to be ordered. He was however able to get my furnace to function enough to provide me heat until the parts arrived. An appointment for the following Friday was scheduled to complete the job. On Friday Jose returned with the ordered parts. After the parts were installed, Jose soon had the system up and running. Today is the following Monday and my furnace has been running great. Thanks Jose and LM Wilson!

Everything from the phone call to the technician Jose was very smooth and an extremely pleasant experience, I had an AC unit’s capacitor go out on an extremely hot day and LM Wilson had a technician out the same day to service and replace it, I am now sitting cool and was so pleased I signed up for the annual maintenance plan, really great customer service and they ensure customer satisfaction!

Jacob and Taylor did a great job with my whole house vent cleaning! Arrived on time, cleaned floors after vents vac-ed. Answered questions, went the extra mile! Would use LM Wilson and crew again for hvac/vent cleaning!
