Jose was polite and informative he adequately diagnosed the problem and the solution. The lady who scheduled my appointment was knowledgeable and very pleasant! All techs and installers were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for HVAC repair and installation!!

So glad that I chose LM Wilson to service my heating/ac unit. They came out on the 25th of October and cleaned the vents. I had seen both pros and cons on this service; but believe me, this has to be one of the best decisions that I have made on home maintenance. Really have seen an improvement in my brother's allergies. Also no longer waking up with my sinuses being stopped up. The service personnel truly know what they are doing and the office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you LM Wilson.

Early on Sunday, the hottest day of the year, June 22nd our air conditioning unit went out! I immediately placed a call to the emergency line at L M. Wilson Heating and Air-conditioning. Within an hour a technician was at our home checking to see what the problem was...bad air compressor! On Monday morning I spoke to a rep at LM. Wilson, who assured me that the part had already been ordered and a schedule put into motion for a repairman to be at our house to fix our unit on Tuesdat morning June 24th...in the meantime she was sending a man to our house to install a couple of " lender " units to help fight the expected heat wave! And she did! And those units allowed us to remain in our home even though I have health issues that causes me to have breathing problems. And just like we were told would happen, happened..on Tuesday morning (Early) an L.M. Wilson truck rolled into our drive...with the air compressor and technician to install it! GOD BLESS THOSE FOLKS AT L.M. WIlson! A company that actually puts their customers first! That's why we have used them for the past 15 years! The technicians are all business..polite and willing to take the time answer any questions. If you are looking for a Heat and Air-conditioning company, look no farther than L.M. Wilson!

Had our duct work replaced after a technician noticed an unusual amount of dirt in them. The duct was the original from 1988. It was time and I appreciated the tech taking the extra time to inspect the duct during routine maintenance. The replacement was smooth as butter. They came in, did the thing, and were out. The work is top notch, as expected. Nothing but good interactions with every employee of theirs. As long as I’m here, LM Wilson will get our business. Thank you!

The technician was very professional and checked the entire system and diagnosed the problem. He gave me an honest assessment of how much it would cost as well as a few cheaper options for a temporary fix.

Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year so far. We had to call for service on a weekend! The technician was able to come out within a few hours of us calling (he was already on another service call), diagnosed the problem, and fixed it by replacing a bad thermostat! He figured it out and got us up and running! We value their service and would call again in a heartbeat!

These guys know customer service! Very responsive, kind, and caring. Their technician Jose was also very professional, explained everything in a very simple and detailed way. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

First time customer. Had an emergency HVAC repair in the heat of summer and needed a same day service. LM Wilson had a tech at my house within 2 hours of my phone call and fixed the problem promptly without hassle.
