I didn't know you closed so early, I called after hours so had to wait till the next morning but your repairman was very prompt and found the problem immediately. Although the problem was fixed in a matter of seconds, I was charged what I considered too high a price just to come out and discover the heating system was not really broken..Thank you

Jose provided excellent professional service to replace a motor in our heat system. We highly recommend Jose and LM Wilson Heating and Air. They did a terrific job.

My A/C stopped working on Tuesday night, 7/15/25, at about 8:00 pm. I placed a call to LM Wilson Heating and Air at approximately 8:15 on Wednesday morning, 7/16/25, and within 45 minutes the technician Brian had arrived at my residence. After inspecting the unit, Brian explained what he had found, and began fixing the unit. He had our A/C operating again later that morning. My whole experience with LM Wilson was excellent as the whole staff was very professional and customer service oriented. Brian also was very courteous, professional and explained the problem with why my A/C had stopped working. I will definitely use LM Wilson again with any air conditioning and heating issues and also use them this fall on the routine maintenance procedures with my heating and air conditioning unit.

Dryer vent cleaning was flawless. Received a short, 1 hour window for the crew to arrive. They confirmed when on the way and showed up on time. They did a great job. Would definitely use them again. Used them again for repairs on ductwork in the crawlspace. Same crew as before. Same excellent work.

Just switched my HVAC service & maintenance to this local company. Their tech, Jose, was terrific. I appreciated his attention to detail and his efficiency as well as his gracious, patient demeanor when explaining what he was doing to get my system back up and running. All in all, a very positive experience as a new customer.

I discovered our heating system wasn’t working properly on a Sunday and called LM Wilson’s 24-hour phone line, leaving a message with the answering service. I received a call back from Jose, one of their technicians, who walked me through several troubleshooting steps in an effort to resolve the issue without requiring a home visit. Jose has handled our routine preventive maintenance in the past and was already familiar with our HVAC system. Ultimately, a same-day visit was needed, and he quickly identified a failed control board and replaced it. We're very satisfied and thankful for the service, especially on a Sunday of a holiday weekend.

I will never use this service again. In short, they came to my home for a service in which the service guy didn't charge me. I received a letter about the charge and so as a stand up guy, I went and paid my debt that I owed.
Some time went by and they sent me another bill in which I totally ignored because I always pay and I was not going to pay for service they never came to do, but here TWO YEARS later they drafted my bank account that I do not use with them in over 5 years. I had a very unpleasant experience with them at their office when I paid my last bill. There was an older lady in there taking people's payments. She had the nerve to ask me if I had the money to pay them
.....as if I came in there to site see. I never told them about, I just completely stopped using their service. I will never use them again and I am telling all my family to stop as well.
Do better.
I am ashamed of you guys but y'all have lost me as a customer forever along with my family members. So........I guess you really need $197.00 two years later, just know you did wrong by me. I paid you back 2 years ago when I got that letter.

Fluette has a great service program! The service technicians notify you so you can prepare for their arrival. They work quickly, cleanup after themselves and give up an update before they leave. I would highly recommend using them for your AC needs.

Extremely satisfied with the service that I received from
Fluette Heating & Air Conditioning. I was able to get same day service which in today's time is normally unheard of. The technicians showed up early and were very friendly and professional. They were able to successfully diagnosis my air condition problem and resolved the issue rather quickly. The condenser that they repaired is actually working better than it was when it was new! Technician was very quick to come out when our thermostat died. He was very professional, quick to diagnose the problem and quick to fix it. Very satisfied. We use them for our maintenance contract also and I've never had a problem.
