Small business, We had Cody Robeson come out to look at our alternative air chocolate cooler. From calling and setting the appointment to how quickly he fixed the issue everything was fantastic. My wife hates dealing with contractors, but she was raving how much of breath a fresh air Cody was. 100% recommendation.

Had service done a while back with Barber heating and air. Dennis serviced us recently and was quick and efficient. He advised a few things to help protect our systems which we will do in the near future. Very good company!!

I have left a review before, but I can’t help but to leave another. Truly, the technicians are all great; BUT my Favorite is definitely Gavin. He takes his time with the customer, listens to our concerns and is always on time! He is great at explaining to us regarding our system and what we need to keep an eye on, versus pushing repairs that aren’t needed at this time. We feel super very comfortable knowing our HVAC is beautifully maintained by Barber Heating and Air and Gavin! Thanks friend!

We needed a minor repair, malfunctioning thermostat and such, that left our house freezing. The technician was able to get out to is far earlier than initially expected (9 am vs after 12 pm).

He was professional and a very calm personality. He learned what the problems were, went right to fixing everything, and checked in with me about a couple of other upkeep items that are important for homeowners. He took care of those too. I'm talking with him, I also learned from him that he was a brother in Christ. It's always encouraging when brothers and sisters represent us well.

Barber does a great job with letting you know when they’re coming, explaining what they did (including pictures), and recommending any improvements. Everything is digital and secure.

Kris came and completed our fall HVAC system maintenance recently. He was thorough and comprehensive in completing his checklist of items to cover in the various parts of the HVAC system. He clearly explained to us each of the major steps with photographs, and he reported the results of his tests. He also shared in an understandable manner several recommendations for improvement of our system. We appreciated his cordial personality!

Always does a thorough job, explains any repairs needed, takes photos so I don’t have to crawl under the house to see what’s going on! Has never suggested unnecessary work. Also turns up when he says, which is really important to me.

Tech foud leak in coils, stated had to order coil would probably take 3/5 days to get it. Company called back same day and said they were going to pick coil up and would install next day. Employees were very professional and friendly and showed photos of everything they did. Highly recommend this company

Our heat went out during one of the coldest weeks this year. We received stellar service from Barber heating & air. Our service tech Kris was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended

Ronnie was the best technician I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely be coming back to this company because they didn’t jerk me around or have an extremely long wait list.
I needed a new control panel since my heat was only half working and it was because the control panel. He took pictures and videos of the problem, showed me and presented options for me. A control panel is of course expensive but we also bundled it with their maintenance deal which is a great deal for us. After Ronnie diagnosed the problem, we figured out what part I need, he drove across town and was back quickly with it. (Unlike another local company who would have taken days to get back to us with a part.)

I want to thank the entire team at Barber Heating & Air for the immaculate job installing a dual zone mini-split in my home. As a photographer with a garage studio, I was limited to scheduling sessions when the temperature was cooler. With the addition of mini split, I have a year round space without interruption. The second zone is located in the sunroom and it will be a four season room thanks to the work done by Barber.

This is one of the cleanest and professional installs I’ve experienced. Barber showed up as a team, provided the outline and plan as a team, conducted the install as a team, and finished up as a team. I can’t speak enough about how well these guys showed up! I was so impressed with their level of service, I only want Barber managing my heating and cooling needs. Yep, I am opening service agreement with them.

We recently had Barber heating and Air come and do a tune-up in July, when they found the heat exchanger had holes burned through. They ordered the part, found out that it was under warranty and quoted me a price for labor for replacement. They ordered the part and it was on back order for at least 2 months, I checked periodically with them and they were trying their best to get it in sooner but the manufacturer didn't have it. Every time I called they were exceptionally nice and cooperative and every time the service technician s have come out to my house over the last 10 years but nothing but good service. So if anybody needs a good, honest and courteous AC company to work with Barber heating and Air is a good choice.

Dylan and Jonah were professional, capable, skilled, and respectful. They arrived promptly when scheduled, fixed my heat, and performed maintenance on my HVAC systems. 10/10...What an amazing pair! Thank you Barber Heating and Air.
