We were so impressed the first time Fluette helped us we signed up for a service contract. The first annual AC maintenance was performed yesterday by a very knowlegable technician. All is well.

My wife and I are moving to Graham and are in the process of purchasing a house. An inspection of the house revealed some issues with the HVAC system. Therefore, we needed to identify a local company to determine the problems and repair the unit. I Googled and found 4 companies in the Graham/Burlington area. After reviewing the website of each, I found one that was veteran owned. Being a veteran myself I selected Fluette Heating and Air Condition. This was an excellent choice. Their response was very fast, they communicated frequently with me regarding the progress, and reported the results the same day the work was performed. We will use this company for the current work and in the future. This is the way business should be conducted. We highly recommend the company and the employees.

So very thankful for Fluette! And also for Ricky, who seems to be the one who makes his way out here for our services). Our system was installed by another company (regrettably) and was not working as it should. We called in Fluette to see if they could get the unit running as it should, and they have been amazing ever since.

Ricky was very nice and respectful. He made a good suggestion of replacing the main battery, so I would not be left in the cold. He thought that the life span of the battery was close to expiration, so I could make the decision to replace it or not. I chose to replace it. Fluette is a good honest company.

As usual the work was quick and professional. What I really like is their technicians are honest and am confident that if they say something needs to be done, it does, and they are not just saying it to make money. Fluette is a good and honest company to work with.

This last incident took a few more trips out to fix than I would have liked, but in the end they did make it right and were able to find and fix the problem with our unit. Same day assistance after no heat this AM on our coldest day in many years! They gave a thorough, clear explanation of why my heat isn't working and what part they need to order to get my very old system up and working again. There was no upselling to replace my >30 year old system, which is much appreciated and unlike so many other hvac companies. They always have professional, polite, skilled, and friendly technicians. I think Fluette HVAC offers really good value for their annual service plan and their professionals gives sound analysis and advice when there is a problem. Their prices are incredibly reasonable but most importantly they don't upsell you or try to get you to buy things you don't need. They are my go to HVAC company for myself and my real estate and construction clients.

My experience with the entire Fluette team was phenomenal! I had a complete HVAC system installed including an air conditioning condenser, furnace, and evaporator coil. The complete process with the Fluette team was the absolute best! Scott came out to estimate the project and stayed until all my questions were answered. I had a lot of follow-up questions and requests; James and the team were very patient and had all the answers. The installation was very professional, they completed the installation and then they walked me thru all the system checks to show me the system is working well. The lead installer stayed with me for a while as I had many questions for him, he was very polite and answered all of them. They immediately followed up the next day with documents for my warranty. I had 7 estimates from 7 reputable company's and as a Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience, I had the experience to help me choose a company with the best equipment, best knowledge, and the best price. Ricky was very knowledgeable to diagnose the intermittent problem and worked with his team members to get our heat pump working properly

Ricky & Daniel were very friendly and professional. They performed the preventative maintenance on both of my heat pumps in a timely and efficient manner.

Never a good day to have to call for unexpected HVAC Support, especially on a summer weekend with a forecast of 100 degrees. But, Fluette installed the system ten years ago and has been great each year checking on the unit. No one can have the foreknowledge of when a capacitor is going to go kaput, so I was grateful for Ethan calling me back with his ETA, troubleshooting, and installing a new capacitor. Great company and great service technicians.
