Would not recommend. I had a scheduled appointment. I called and confirmed the appointment the day prior. The day of the appointment they no showed, and no called.

Very responsive, kept me informed of their timeline, and the technicians worked efficiently as a team to identify and effectively address our drainage line issues, on a Sunday afternoon!

Technician came to our house from 1:15-1:30 today to drain a kitchen sink. The charge is $315.99. I do think this place charge a lot higher than other companies we have used before.

Danielle in the office is amazing and really went the extra mile, when there was confusion on my end with scheduling with my tenant- multiple times. And the work performed was great, at a good price.

I had an emergency water heater failure. Each time they came out they were very COVID responsible, very respectful and efficient. They amazed me with how quick they were to respond and how safe they were about their repair.

2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.

Edit in response to owner’s reply only: if I knew I’d had them for 2 hours at that price, I would’ve put them to work! $150/hour sure is something. Wish I made that.

These guys are AMAZING. I had a very concerning issue occur late afternoon. Called them and they were here very quickly. Seriously nice guy fixed things as good as possible and made an appointment to install the new appliance in a day. Lovely people to work with.

These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing. The ladies in the office at Drain Express were very helpful.  Dicky called before he came and arrived promptly.  Drain Express was fast, personable, patient and knowledgeable.  Dicky went above and beyond.  I thought the price was reasonable.  I would use Drain Express again and request one if their plumbers.

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.
