Staff needs more training.everytime I go into Ferguson Plumbing staff can not help me.i needed a trap primer staff did not know what that was.Went to another store and order one.

1993 opened my first account with Ferguson in wpb fl - today the young lady at the counter was rude from the jump - I am a girl dad, with 2 older than and 2 younger than her and I do not talk aggressive to any woman but I am not gonna just let anyone be rude to me especially since I am spending money with them ... I simply asked if someone else could help me ... 2 popular basic items ... smh

I bought a Kohler Tournant semi professional style faucet from Ferguson a couple of years ago and for some odd reason the metal handle separated from the housing. I came in with a picture of the faucet and the pieces. No problem.. Christine identified the faucet...told me Kohler would replace the part and ship it to me free of charge...then emailed a schematic of the part so I could complete the repair.

Really great and uncommon service! Highly recommend!

My wife went in this morning ready to purchase a new double oven and/or microwave + oven; however, due to the dismissiveness of the staff member working, we will not support this business.

I’m working on some home repairs, and needed some plumbing parts. I came here excited to finally talk to some experts, and find a place that definitely had the parts I needed.

Was immediately off-put by how uninterested in helping or even talking with me the staff was. When I asked for direction, I was met with either one word responses, or condescending tones. Zero interest in helping me, or winning a new customer (which they certainly didn’t).

I was surprised that they had a very limited stock of shower stems, but that alone isn’t a bad review. I did find one part I needed, but felt almost reluctant to buy it after my experience.

I get that you’re mostly dealing with trade guys who know what they’re looking for, and you don’t have to put on a nice face for. But it just sucks to feel unwelcome and treated like I’m an outsider because I’m learning and need help.
