Chris from Carrboro Plumbing is a very competent and reliable plumber that took care of several plumbing issues in our home. He is also courteous and pleasant. We will very definitely call upon his excellent services when we need a plumber in the future.

I contacted Carrboro plumbing about repairing a cast iron toilet flange and setting a new toilet. I sent pictures of the flange and Chris emailed within the hour to explain possible approaches. On the day of our appointment, Sim arrived and indicated that they had again reviewed the pictures that morning. I appreciate that they were so well prepared for the appointment. Sim fixed the flange for significantly less expense than a previous plumber had estimated and we are very happy with the result. I will only use Carrboro Plumbing from now on. Outstanding and trustworthy.

I've worked with Chris & Carrboro Plumbing twice now (to replace fixtures and to install appliances) and without reservation I recommend his service for thorough work at a fair price. He stays busy and sometimes you may have to wait a few days, but the work returned will be worth the wait. Thumbs up on a great logo, too.

Carrboro plumbing went above and beyond in installing an outdoor fire pit connected with natural gas. They helped with the whole process, even through inspection. All workers were professional and point people were very responsive. The work was quality and timely. Highly recommend

Carrboro Plumbing was responsible for an overhaul of all 3 of our bathrooms, as well as replacing the supply valves in our laundry room. The work they did was great, and their staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with them in my family's home doing the work, and they took the time to ask questions if they weren't sure of what we wanted. I'd highly recommend them.

Chris and his team recently completed a large project for us. We unfortunately inherited a badly laid sewer line when we bought our house, and it had to be replaced. I can't say enough about how great it was to trust this to Carrboro Plumbing, and know that the work would be done right. Chris made a plan that factored in all potential complications, including having the line cross a creek in our front yard. They worked steadily, keeping us informed at all times of their progress. A few weeks after completion, we found out that we had a leak in our water main. This was probably not directly related to the sewer line work, but Chris chose to take care of it at no charge. This was one of the best experience by a plumbing service ever! Corey was respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and just all around great. My mother said he just made her feel comfortable from the time he arrived. This will be who we will contact for any future plumbing repairs. Thank you Corey!

**Update. My mother had another major plumbing issue, so the first people I thought about contacting was Carrboro Plumbing. This issue was totally unrelated to a previous issue. From speaking with Linda to having the issue diagnosed & repaired by Jeff, Mark, Jack & Cory it was again an all around comforting, efficient, professional experience. They are truly a great business! Thank you all so much!

Did a great job. Very happy with price and effective repairs. He also noticed a problem I hadn't seen and fixed that as well. Cannot go wrong with Carrboro Plumbing. But do not use their recommendations when they are too busy because I was very unhappy with their recommendated substitute plumber.

Linda was absolutely amazing! We got back into town late last night and our hot water heater was beeping and not working. I called around to a bunch of plumbers early this morning to see if someone could come out. Linda asked me more about what was happening and suggested a trick that I could do on my own. She even texted me the details. It worked!!! If it wasn't for Linda, we would be without hot water for 4 days in this freezing weather!!! Thank you!!!!

The first time that I used Carrboro Plumbing was when they were the only plumbers to come out on a pouring Sunday evening to replace my water heater that had busted and was leaking. They dragged a new water heater though the mud, in the dark, in the heavy rain.
Through the years they have fixed all of my plumbing issues with excellence, intelligence, and politeness. They have been on time and clean up nicely. When unforeseen problems have come up they have calmly found solutions and finished the job. Recently Carrboro Plumbing fixed a water pressure issue that 3 plumbing companies and the County of Chatham could not diagnose or make better. I now have the best pressure I have ever had in the 15 years that I have lived in my house.Before that it was pathetic. They also found 2 leaks that were raising my water bill and stopped septic water that had been backing up in 2 sinks from poorly placed pipes.
I have never regretted calling or being dissatisfied with Carrboro Plumbing. I recommend them without reservation.
