Always a great experience with Comfort Pro. Logan was our technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a critical issue that needed parts ordered. CP and Logan had us back to normal in a couple days. Logan even went the literal extra miles to get the correct parts when there was a mix up in the parts their vendor sent.

Great team. Very good to work with. The system they installed is very good also. We have been very pleased. Update on Oct 20 - The only problem is with Google, not Comfort Pro, because it is not letting me create a new review for the seasonal maintenance I received. Aaron came out for the maintenance, arrived on time, was very respectful of our home and did everything he needed to do very efficiently. He was very pleasant to work with and we look forward to our future business with Comfort Pro.

Tech was on time, communicated well throughout the process and was professional. The new monthly membership for maintenance makes their services more affordable than having to pay a full year up front. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend this company. Our AC went out this past summer and Comfort Pro was recommended by a neighbor. The owner came out and fully evaluated our situation. Unfortunately we ended up needing a new AC unit (ours was 20+ years old). He explained the various brands of units fully. In 3 days we had the new unit installed, even though it was close to 100 degrees that day. We had a maintenance check of our HVAC system recently and the young man spent a lot of time here checking things--all was in order. He was on time and explained certain questions my husband had. Kudos to this company!

Today I had my Fall maintenance completed by Alex with Comfort Pro! Alex has been servicing my HVAC for the last 2 years and I’ve had nothing but EXCELLENT service each and every time! Comfort Pro, LLC has been nothing short of great customer service from calling the office to service and reassuring me they take care of their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for HVAC services and ask for Alex! He’s wonderful!

I highly recommend Comfort Pro for any HVAC work you need. I had two technicians come to my home, Alex and Kevin, We had no heat on the second floor. The first floor unit was operating fine, the second floor unit was not turning on. Alex and Kevin were both very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and took the time to explain everything to me as far as what they were diagnosing, why, and the results of the diagnosis and the repair plan to get the second floor unit up and running again. While they were here, I had them do an inspection and maintenance/cleaning of both units. They were honest and thorough.

My HVAC received the scheduled fall tuneup. The entire team was fantastic. The office called and scheduled the call. The techs arrived on time. They were friendly, professional and expert. They performed all the diagnostics and cleaning required, reviewed their findings with me (there were no surprises) and left a detailed report for my records. What I am most impressed with is that in the many years of working Comfort Pro, they have never tried to "upsell" me on any unnecessary service or part. That is important to me. I highly recommend them

Was looking for a local alternative service provider for a seasonal tune up - Serviced 2 units. Very thorough. Provided pictures and maintenance check list. Kevin did a nice job. Was polite, clean, respectful. Will use again - much better than the in store special I was sold the last two years.

They were great. The woman that set up my appointment (sorry I don’t remember her name) was really kind and did everything she could to get me an appointment as soon as possible. The technician that came out, William, was great. He let me know when he was on the way, came on the very early side of the time window I was given, was super nice and was very considerate of me being on a budget. I’ve used this company a few times and they’ve always been really good. Really appreciated the great service from William and the woman that set up my appointment! Thank you!

Needed a UV light for my HVAC system, was quoted a suspiciously high price by existing maintenance provider, so I called around for second opinions. Comfort Pro provided the same service at a much more reasonable price, was very responsive to inquiries, and did much better providing information about what, why, and how of the service. They were able to get someone out quickly, and Logan did a great job on the installation.

My technician William is a great and knowledgeable technician. I find Comfort Pro to be able to handle all my needs and can answer any technical questions I might have. I will recommended this company to all my friends and neighbors.

AC Today and their technician (Lucky Singh) did a great job for me. We contacted them on a Saturday when we noticed the air was not cool. Lucky came out on Sunday to check out our 19-year-old system, letting us know it was completely out of coolant. They replaced the system on Tuesday. Very professional, and a good deal for us.

James Melton was great! He showed up on time. He introduced himself. He performed all of the maintenance checks of both systems. He was very thorough and he always was pleasant. He also reminded me of the annual maintenance renewal. Very satisfied with his work. He did well representing his company.

Technician Drew arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained various options available for tuneups and did excellent job. It was raining on the day of service but technician reached on time and completed as per the schedule. Great job !!!
