We called Piedmont recently when our unit went out. From the moment we called they were polite and courteous! The tech was on time and diagnosed the issue. He told us he would return when he had the part. He came back and had us up and running in no time. This guys are the best and we are so happy we found them for all our heating and air needs!

My heat went out today when I got home from work and the house was 45 degrees I called Piedmont Metro and they had a technician here within a hour. They were very professional and was very knowledgeable about our unit and answered all I questions so we were able to understand. They had our unit running that day and the price was very fair. THANKS PIEDMONT METRO for helping us in our time of need. Would defiantly recommend them to everybody I can.

Highly Recommend - Piedmont has been absolutely phenomenal to deal with!!! We have had issues with our heating system this winter and Matt has been amazing to work with. He came back for numerous assessments with an hour of us calling and has been able to isolate where the problem was coming from within our heating system. 10/10 customer support!!!

At the start of the season my Heating Unit gave out and we were in need of a quick response. I reached out to Piedmont and they arrived within a couple of hours and informed that the unit would have to be replaced. The problem though was that the current manufacturer was dealing with supply chain issues and it would be weeks before we would get the same unit. Piedmont recommend a unit that had no supply chain issues and better yet, it was made here in the states. They also felt, based on experience that it was a better until by far. To date, that was the right decision to replace the old unit with a different manufacturer. Piedmont was able to get the unit replaced in 36 hour time frame. The team at Piedmont handled were fantastic and I would recommend to anyone!!!

Morgan and Thomas are amazing to work with! You just don't find this level of service much anymore these days. They are very responsive, professional, caring and cost was more than comparable. They truly care about their customers and it shows; in the work they do and how they go above and beyond to get them back up and running and comfortable. They helped us with a gas pack repair at one location and install of new system at another. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

I was very happy working with Comfort Pro. The office worked with me to provide the services I needed at the right price for my budget. Their tech Alex was on time, professional and went over the servicing he provided and let me know any items he saw that I should be aware of. I will have them back in the fall. Happy Summer!

ComfortPro always delivers such quality work. I am a member of their service club and appreciate that they reach out to keep the service happening on time and just last week when our thermostat went down they were out that day and took care of the maintenance that kept my wok from home conditions pleasant and comfortable. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable and we are ready for the next season of who knows what weather in NC.

Ken did a great job. Our washer burned out the discharge pump and circuit board. Both had to be replaced and it took quite awhile. The washer works fine now.

I've been with Comfort Pro LLC for years and would not use any other company. The owner is a true professional, makes sure everything is done correctly, informs me about everything that is needed and that has been done and has very reasonable pricing. Comfort Pro has my highest recommendation.

We love Comfort Pro! Albert and his crew have been taking care of our heating/cooling maintenance, repair, and replacement for almost 10 years now, which should tell you how trustworthy and reliable they’ve been. This season Alex identified a problem with our units during routine maintenance that would have led to an extra expensive electric bill this summer as our system tried to keep up with the temps, he was able to take care of the repairs and is such a pleasure to work with - 5 stars for Alex, Albert, and the whole team!

The morning of my appointment I received an alert text that a service tech was on the way. I’m a big fan of that. Alex was on time, super professional, friendly, and communicated very clearly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem much quicker than I expected. Prices are fair and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

These guys are awesome. Our old units were at the end of life and struggling to keep the house below 80 degrees. Al determined the builder-installed units were sized wrong and helped us figure out what we would need. His team installed two new AC units for us in one day, on possibly the hottest day of the year. They are very quick to respond to any questions and are clearly knowledgeable. We can tell a difference in efficiency already and our first electric bill was lower too. I would definitely recommend Comfort Pro LLC to anyone in need of HVAC replacement.
