A very satisfied long-term customer. They are always prompt, professional, and (thankfully) reasonably priced. Had my unit go out after a power outage and Will came, figured out the problem and had it back in operation in under 20 minutes!

I'm on the fence. So came same day as issue. Fixed issue. Non specific response to what was fixed. Nothing in writing as to what was fixed. Gave me a verbal list of other issues. Foolishly I paid for this costly list then changed my mind on having said list repaired. Now waiting for refund minus cost of today's fix. And I will badger and if need be small claims court for my refund if need be. Something isn't right as there was just nothing presented to me in writing. I felt pressured by the owner who accompanied the repair guy. In retrospect I should have followed my gut and insisted on things in writing and 24 hour to consider. I work too hard for my money to feel scammed.

Richie, Carlos, and Will helped us with repair/replacement of a fireplace log valve. They immediately showed up on a Friday evening after the gas company shut off the gas to our home in the middle of winter to deliver heaters and start ordering parts for repair. Our family has worked with Air secure for over 25-30 years and we have nothing but good things to say about their work. It helps that each individual is a pleasure to work with even in an emergency. We will next be replacing the logs and adding a remote control.

Air Secure came and repaired our furnace when the ice storm was coming, Will was prompt and professional he unclogged the drain line had the heat going quickly. We would recommend them to everyone.

Ritchie, Carlos & Will replaced my entire HVAC system this past month after the old one died a long, slow lingering death. The new equipment is much quieter & much more efficient. They took the time to "get it right" in a year where changing regulations have made things difficult and more expensive.

I do not have enough good things to say about this company! They helped me with an ongoing issue until the unit couldn't handle it anymore, considering it was 13 years old. They gave me a very fair estimate (below two others), and they turned around and got me an entirely new unit installed within 24 hours. They had to drive down to Wilmington the next day just to pick it up for me. This was during the middle of this past winter, and the new unit has been performing above and beyond expectations! My electric bill has been reduced more than $100 a month for the past year. They were nothing but honest and professional in their assessment and install. It is good to find an honest company with professional employees. Thanks again!

Superior service and professionalism. Ritchie and Will came out the day we called, diagnosed our problem, shared the diagnostic camera footage with us and came back the next morning to install a new furnace/ac unit/ condensation pump etc. It was a BIG job and Carlos stayed until the job was done and the crew returned the next morning to switch some things out to make it run more efficiently. Fantastic professionals! Great attitudes and have already recommended them to family- no higher praise needed.

Air Secure did an excellent job replacing our entire HVAC system — AC, heat pump, ductwork, and condensation pump. Our AC went out in the middle of summer, and they came out right away and got us taken care of. They’re family-owned, fair on pricing, and clearly take pride in their work. When a small issue came up with the heat pump install, they came back the same morning and fixed it at no charge. Great service, honest people, and quality work — highly recommend Air Secure!
