On 5.26.24 at 1am, Mark came to service my A/C unit. Mark was very polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. I have never experienced anything like that before. The service was impeccable. He showed me my unit inside and out, he explained everything to me.

Reliable and Efficient AC Repair Service!

I am so impressed! We had a malfunctioning ac unit in the hottest of days and Mark and his team came to fix it. They were professional and efficient!

What I loved about them the most is that they circled back with me later on in the day to make sure everything was working correctly. I can't think of a business I have worked with recently that had that type of commitment to excellence. People don't do business like that anymore and its refreshing to see. I appreciate it. They made sure I was completely satisfied and I would not hesitate to use them again. They not only fixed them, they washed them!

Adam was prompt and professional. He took extra time to explain what was wrong with the fireplace and gave me some maintenance tips. After calling several providers I am happy to have found Greenergy!! The price and value aligned.

I had a terrible experience with this company. First, Mark called me and rudely asked if I had renters’ insurance before abruptly hanging up the phone. He didn’t even introduce himself, which I found extremely unprofessional.

I paid $200 for a cleaning and diagnostic service, only to be told I needed a new pilot and that it would cost an additional $350. However, I ended up cleaning the soot off the thermoconductor myself, and my fireplace has been working perfectly ever since. It’s clear they didn’t properly clean or diagnose the issue—they just tried to upcharge me unnecessarily.

To make matters worse, this company doesn’t even have a proper voicemail system.

Save your money and trust someone else. I paid $200 expecting a proper cleaning and service, but all I got was poor communication, a half-done job, and an attempt to overcharge me. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Mark arrived on time. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He had the part on his truck to fix our older gas logs. I would recommend Mark and Greenergy ! So grateful for the kind service

Mark and his son did an amazing job repairing our unit efficiently! Our a/c went out during one of the hottest days of the year and they repaired it quickly. Mark is a genuine man who knows his stuff. I definitely would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Major bummer to have my fireplace die before a nice snow storm. Mark ID’d the board as the culprit and had me up and running in no time and installed a blower for a reasonable price. I’d recommend and will use again.

Mark, Alec and Adam provided us with a same-day installation of a brand new Gas/AC unit. We had a previous unit that was reaching critical failure and the guys provided in-depth pros/cons of our options. We were very appreciative of the options and knowledge they imparted on us. Our new AC cools even better and more efficiently than our 14 year old dinosaur ever did. We can tell that we are getting a much better quality of air thanks to the new installation. Would recommend with no hesitation!
