The owner, Yucel, is very kind and patient. He carefully listened to and understood our needs, providing perfect solutions for both of our floors. His expertise in complex systems—like two-stage and variable-speed HVAC and heat pump systems—is impressive. After his thorough analysis, we chose a dual-speed HVAC system for downstairs and a two-stage, dual-fuel heat pump with a gas furnace backup for the upstairs.

Installation was reliable and on time. Yucel and his team worked meticulously on the ducted split system for the second-floor attic. The work was so exceptional that the Town of Cary Inspector praised their clean and great job. They installed the first-floor combo HVAC system with the same awesome care. Both systems work perfectly, and the increase in our comfort is unbelievable.

Great service. The fire had trouble lighting sometimes. Mark found that the pilot was on its last legs. He also cleaned everything and replaced a broken switch. He had everything he needed on his van, so there was no need to wait for parts or schedule another visit. Couldn’t be happier.

10/10. Adam got our gas fireplace up and running so we could have heat during these cold days. 100% would recommend.

My gas fireplace was installed as part of a new build 4.5 years ago. Over the years it had never been used as I could not open the glass door and was uncertain as to whether or not it would function correctly since it had never been turned on. Last week I found Greenergy HVAC & Fireplace & Appliance through a google search. After reading reviews I decided to reach out to them for an estimate. I'm so glad that I did! The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant while booking my appointment. Mark was assigned to the service call. In less than two minutes he released the hinges on the glass door which was followed by attaching a piece that had not been installed. Next he conducted a thorough diagnostic check to ensure the gas fireplace unit was functional. This was followed by inspecting the chimney for blockages and clearing them out. Before his departure, he even recommended installing a carbon monoxide detector. This was all performed in approximately 30 minutes.
Mark's professionalism, expertise and recommendations guarantee an enjoyable experience with no worries whenever I decide to use my fireplace!

Mark and Adam arrived on time, and immediately went to work cleaning the dryer vent. They updated the connections behind the dryer which allowed the unit to
sit closer to the wall. Excellent repair, and outstanding customer service. I will call Greenergy again for future problems.

Again, this is Chris. Apology accepted; however lots of excuses in that. I tried to call twice today and noone answered. AI sent the text. Suggestion, more personal response would have been appreciated. I read responses to several of these posts and seems defensive many times. I was just making an observation from my perspective, that of a customer.

Mark with Greenergy was very helpful with repairing our washer and Dryer and our office Triangle Family Dentistry. They were able to order the parts needed right away and have it up and running again.

Mark came in the middle of the night and quickly fixed our problem. $200 for a holiday service call after hours (4th of July) and $125 for a new cutoff switch. Honestly, kind of expensive for basically a light switch, but worth it with 98 and 100 degree temps coming in a couple days and I wouldn’t have been able to diagnose the issue myself anyway. Remember you’re paying for the expertise too! Would definitely call again if future issues arise.

Fantastic experience! Hired Greenergy to help fix our fireplace and Mark was incredibly knowledgeable walking us through what the issue was, checking all the details inside and out and discussing what needed to be fixed. He even cleaned the glass and inside the fireplace. Fireplace is working beautifully and it looks practically new!! I was thrilled to hear about the other services they offer including the duct cleaning, regular maintenance. Mark was professional, kind and provided excellent service. We will absolutely be hiring them again.

When my AC stopped working, Greenergy was able to come the same morning that I called. Mark was very helpful and professional and was able to fix the issue in under an hour, replacing a broken capacitor and conducting additional diagnostics to make sure everything was running optimally. Very much appreciated!

Mark came by and added a blower to our fireplace. He showed me how to operate it and put everything back together.

Mark and Alec were very nice and professional. They came in and identified the issue quickly. Fixed us up in less than 40 minutes. They replaced the dual run capacitor.
Even followed up the next day to check in on the repair.

Adam came out in less than 24 hours to diagnose the fireplace and help clean it up before the season. While the outcome wasn’t what we wanted, he provided us a list of options to choose from to replace our current non working fireplace. Would highly recommend for their speed and helpfulness for any gas fireplace.
