Air Secure replaced the air conditioner at one of my storefronts on Cary Parkway. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the unit with a bad compressor. They gave me a reasonable quote and drew up an estimate and communicated the news to the landlord who manages hundreds of commercial locations. They too liked the quote and my new Goodman Air Conditioner installed in no time. There was a small separate issue with the air handler which they took care of for me and surprised me by replacing my 20yr old thermostat with a new digital thermostat that does everything but make coffee. The new A/C we selected has an excellent warranty and has been quietly humming along 2 seasons now including the very hot summer of 2012. I am very happy.

I called on Monday morning to request a tech to come look at my AC/heating units, and was offered a same day appointment. Since I wasn't actually prepared for same day availability, I requested an appointment the following day (today) and they accommodated my request for a morning appointment. They gave me one hour window of when they would show up, and they actually showed up in that time! I love that, because I have a busy work schedule and can't spend all day sitting at the house. When Will showed up, he was very friendly, and diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes. I rent this house, and he even waited while I called the owners to ask if they had any follow up questions.
Will was very knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. I will definitely use this company again.

Our air conditioning went out and we phoned our regular HVAC company, they said they could come out in several days. I asked around the office and Air Secure was the most recommended supplier. Will Smith arrived at my home the same day, fitting me in during his lunch hour, and fixed the problem efficiently for a reasonable rate. We are now on the maintenance program, because he said this problem could have been avoided with a bi-annual checkup. I'm so happy my co-workers "knew a guy".

My husband and I purchased an older home where the previous owners had done some DYI ductwork under an addition that was not up to code. We knew this but the rest of the house IS up to code as per the home inspection we paid for and seeing it with our own eyes. One day the HVAC stopped blowing cold air downstairs. Air Secure came out, spent 5-10 minutes tops under the house. The guy came out and said we were looking at an entire duct work overhaul, he wasn't sure how to proceed, and he would have to talk to the owner and put together some numbers for us for the cost. Okay. We called another company for a second opinion and The guy diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour. All it was was a stuck damper motor. Air Secure on the other hand ghosted us and never got back to us with those numbers. The guy recommended an entire replacement without even looking at the entire duct work. My guess is after seeing the addition he didn't even bother to look or try. Oh well. Air secures loss, another companies gain.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Air Secure. My problem was initially intermittent and they made several trips out when it would, of course, work just fine, and they didn't charge me. When my problem suddenly became constant and the house temps were in the 50s, I made a frantic call one evening and they squeezed me in the next day. They diagnosed the problem, were honest about the possible complications, and worked aggressively to find my part. (They were very concerned the issue be resolved quickly as I was having surgery in a couple days.) A couple hours later, they were again at my house, installed the part (with no complications), and I had heat again. I'm not sure who was happier! The repair cost was very reasonable, particularly considering the unpaid calls and the urgent nature of this one. I HIGHLY recommend this local, family owned company.

Tried to swindle my 80 year old mother. Told her her pump in air handler was bad and it would take 6-8 weeks for the part. And wanted to put in a new one for $4000 instead of replacing the part. Pressuring her to do it. She thankfully called me and I told them to hold off.(This same company replaced out air handler 6 years ago). I found the part online available for next day shipping. So then I call a different company to come look at the heat for a second opinion which you shouldn't have to do that in the first place. He tells me whoever installed the air handler installed the lines backwards.(which they did 6 years ago) He switches the lines like they are supposed to be and now the heat is working better than ever. Don't trust this company. Tried to take my mother for $4k when another tech came and fixed it for $300. I thought these people were good people.

I have used Air Secure twice since 2012 on two different units. The first time was when I had a blown electrical motor in my air handler. They came out the same day i called and replaced the motor for a very reasonable price. The second time was after I moved into a new home, they came and serviced my unit again within 24hrs and the price was very reasonable.

Highly recommend this company.

I would and will use Air Secure again. They kindly and promptly came to assess my HVAC duct system as I wanted to install a new interior door in a hallway It was not sure if the duct intake would be blocked. They came and did a quick assessment and told me I would be fine with my duct system as is. Less reputable businesses might have try to sold me some new ductwork. Furthermore, they did not charge me a penny for this assessment. I will go to them if I need any future work on my heating and air conditioner system.

Honestly can't recommend Will at Air Secure. 2 months ago, we had issues with our Central A/C Unit. Our unit had leaked out freon and was non-functional.

When Will came over, he simply checked the freon level(2lbs low), re-charged the freon, charged us $278 for it, and left - about 10 minutes total. I was concerned about the leak, and asked him if we should test for it, and he said no, it didn't meet his requirements to warrant checking for leaks. This would have been fine if it fixed the issue, but the freon just leaked right out again. The whole job felt rushed.

Starting ~2 weeks after Will left, the A/C was losing cooling ability and running almost 24/7(and not cooling) - which left us with a huge bill the following month. We called another company ~1 month after Will came, and they promptly came out, identified, and fixed the issue - it's been nearly a month since the 2nd fix and the A/C is working flawlessly. The other technician came in, verified the unit was leaking(lost a little over 1lb), thoroughly inspected/tested for leaks, sealed the leak and recharged with 1lb of freon, for $300 and it's worked fantastic since then. He was there for about 45 minutes and was pleasant to work with, and thorough with his work.

I would love to give a better review for Will, but after such a drastic difference between the services I feel I've unnecessarily wasted my money. I would look elsewhere for services.

We were at 82 degrees for two days. Called at 9:00 am and William was there at 1:30. He diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day at a very reasonable price. He also checked out the rest of the system to make sure we would not have future problems. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs HVAC service or replacement.

Amazing customer service! My air service went down, and they came out and replaced it in a day. Reasonable quotes and very professional. The heat system wouldn't come on, and the owner came out personally to fix it. Would recommend to anyone local in Cary for your HVAC needs

Great support! Will came out really quickly after a call and made sure we had heat during a really cold stretch. He was thorough and explained the issue and options really clearly and in an easy to understand way.

I was sold on Air Secure several years ago when I was having trouble with my heat pump during the holidays while family was visiting. They were very responsive and quick to diagnose and do the repairs needed. I've been on a service contract with them ever since. They are always polite, professional and very helpful. Highly recommended as someone you can trust.

I cannot recommend Air Secure enough! Will from Air Secure was one of the kindest, most respectful, professional and knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When I called to get an estimate, he was able to come out within 24 hours. After diagnosing the issue, he took me to the condenser to show me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and how he would fix it. Never once did he pressure me to have anything done that I didn't need to. He fixed the issue immediately The AC was running within ten minutes. I will absolutely go to him for any and all repairs and questions, and I would encourage anyone else that needs assistance to do so as well. He is extremely reliable, keeps his word, and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. I will not go to anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs in the future. After calling several other HVAC companies and being met with roadblocks, I called Air Secure and am glad I did! A service tech was at my door within 2 hours and completed the work was very promptly, professionally, and for a very reasonable rate. Will Smith was very courteous and knowledgable. We are moving forward to have Will service our HVAC units twice a year. We are very happy to have found Air Secure!

We have worked with them for years, but this most recent experience was great. Our A/C stopped working and we had no idea why. We thankfully got an appointment for the next day--they came out and it ended up being a simple fix and said to not worry about any payment because it was such a small thing. We are so grateful, especially since we were dreading a potential high cost fix. This is truly a family-owned, local business, and we love to support them!

I like the way this company does business. Had to replace my whole HVAC system 8 months ago. Yesterday I had a problem and they sent Will to check out my system. Easily identified the problem and stayed to monitor the system as it warmed up. Good customer friendly professional in communication and very informative with any questions I had.

This company is awesome - they have remembered what good service means. Don't buy your HVAC from anyone else. We replaced two furnaces at one time and they gave us a great value with the job being done on time and with a smile.
