We purchased a Majestic propane fireplace insert from Greenergy and they were great to work with. Mark was helpful and patient with all my questions on the product line and their customer service has been excellent!

Was looking to have our gas fireplace serviced and we were referred to this company. Adam our technician came out, inspected our unit, and knew exactly was going on. He fixed everything correctly and even offered to show me how to maintain the fireplace in case the pilot light went out. Don’t hesitate to call these guys!! Very professional and they know their stuff. Adam was amazing!!!

My technician Mark did an excellent job inspecting and repairing our propane fireplace unit. Our pilot was not igniting and Mark quickly diagnosed the issue and had it working. Very happy and highly recommend their services.

Mark and his assistant came out to repair our gas logs that have not worked in quite some time. Even though I had not scheduled the repair and cleaning of my gas lantern, they fixed that as well. I also asked them to clean and fully service the fireplace to make sure it is safe to use. The fan on our old gas logs sounded awful and they had a new one on their truck so they replaced that as well. They did it all while they were here just for a simple diagnostic visit. My gas logs are working and look brand new, as do my clean and working gas lanterns. They were super nice and knowledgeable. I’m thrilled to know they also work on HVACs and a variety of other things. I will definitely call on them again. Highly recommend Mark and his team at Greenergy!

We had a great experience with this HVAC and fireplace company and especially want to call out Adam for his excellent service. He was extremely thorough in diagnosing our fireplace and took the time to walk us through both a quick fix and longer-term solutions, explaining everything clearly without any pressure.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Right before we were scheduled to have a new fireplace installed, we unexpectedly lost our furnace during a winter storm. Because of the sudden and significant cost of replacing the furnace, we had to cancel the fireplace job. The team handled the situation with total professionalism, understanding, and grace, which meant a lot during an already stressful moment.

Even though we had to postpone the project, I wanted to make a point to speak very highly of this company. Their communication, empathy, and overall professionalism were outstanding. We absolutely plan to be back in touch and will be using them in the future. I truly cannot say enough good things about them.

We used Greenergy for fixing our gas fireplace that had never been serviced (in the 10+ years we’ve lived here). Mark was prompt, easily diagnosed our issue, had any parts needed on hand, and had our fireplace back in safe, working order within 2 hours. We also added an extra part (blower) the fireplace didn’t originally come with & he had that on hand as well. No extra appointments needed. I’ll add scheduling was also easy, the woman who answered was friendly and answered questions easily (not the case for every place I called for quotes). Also the wait time for an appt was within the week (not 2 months out like others).

Alec and Mark came out to service our gas fireplace. The gas fireplace is the same age as the house (20 years). Some parts needed replacing, which Mark and Alec had on their service van. They did an amazing job checking, cleaning and replacing the parts. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone needing service on their gas fireplace. We used Greenergy HVAC, Fireplace, and Appliance to service our gas logs. Adam, our technician performed an amazingly detailed and very thorough job. He was extremely knowledgeable, careful, and professional. Adam explained every step of the service, discovered and repaired a gas leak, and made certain we were comfortable successfully operating the gas logs in the future. (Wonderful customer service!) We couldn’t ask for better service or outcome and will definitely use Greenergy HVAC Fireplace and Appliance again in the future. Thank You!

The first day it got really hot outside, we turned on the AC and of course... Not cooling much at all. We called Air Secure and within 24 hours we had someone out to the house and it was easily repaired for a fair price. Super pleased with their service and will use them again.

When I learned I had to replace my HVAC system on Tuesday, Air Secure was able to schedule the installation of a new system on Thursday, which left me without anything but a box fan for the next two nights during one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far. Within 2 hours of me signing the paperwork, Richie and Carlos were back at my house with two window unit air conditioners, which they installed on both floors of my house. After a couple of hours, the temperature in the house was a cool 74 degrees. That is what I call above and beyond good service. I seriously doubt many other (if any) HVAC companies provide that level of service.

The guys were very friendly, efficient, and informative. They made a somewhat painful and expensive experience completely bearable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very impressed and more than happy with Air Secure. I called in the morning with no heat and was concerned with our newborn at home. They had someone out that very day to diagnose the problem. When the technician arrived he was very polite and professional. He was extremely thorough and made sure that we were being treated fairly. After finding out the problem they were able to fix it that day. I would and have recommended this company to everyone I speak to.

Would not recommend. They replaced our Zone Board a year ago, claiming it had been fried by a thunderstorm power surge, and it failed again. Michael & Sons said there was a different issue, which Air Secure never identified. Air Secure also replaced our Zone Board with the worst one on the market, never giving us an option or explaining the differences. If you have to spend money regardless, go elsewhere.

I've been an Air Secure customer for years. Over the years they've replaced several HVAC units. Last night one of my older units stopped working. I called for service this morning and by 10:30 it was fixed and running. Turned out to be a very minor problem and inexpensive to fix. I appreciate having a local company in Cary that I can depend on when I need service. I will continue recommending Air Secure to my friends and neighbors. Thanks for prompt service.

First hot day of the year and a Saturday so of course air doesn't work. Called Air Secure, they were able to arrive 15 minutes later and had it fixed in 10. Will was excellent, informative, and made the situation enjoyable. I strongly recommend Air Secure and will use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks for the great service – house is nice and cool!!!

I called the office and was told a technician would call me shortly. I received a phone call in less than 5 minutes from Will to confirm my address and informing me that he would be right over, because he had some time between appointments. Will showed up at the house only a few minutes after I hung up the phone! Wow!

I told him the problem, he immediately diagnosed the cause, then checked the unit for confirmation, quoted me a price that included parts and labor, then fixed it. All this was done within 30 minutes of the initial phone call from me! We will be using Air Secure the next time we have a problem.

Disappointed with my service from Air Secure. Although we did get a decent price, I was promise a repair to be done by a specific date and the job was not done by the date promised. Also, I was asked to come to my house because the repair was "almost" done and once I got there, the guys working had another 2 hours of work before my AC was turned back on. When I came back I was supposed to meet the owner (who knew I was on my way there), he was leaving the neighborhood to meet with another client as I was pulling in. So I had to sit in the heat with my baby waiting of the air to be turned back on and for the owner to come back to discuss the repair.

I called yesterday and they came out today as I was having some issues with my heat last week during a cold spell. My tech, Will Smith arrived on time, was very polite, and professional. He looked around, checked the thermostat, ducts and HVAC system in the basement. He recommended I get a new filter on amazon but basically said the problem seemed to resolve itself. He said he was in the area and wasn't going to charge me but recommended I get on a service plan later in the spring. Honesty goes a long way in my book considering I know completely f-all about HVAC and could have been completely taken advantage of in this instance. I'm going to get signed up with a service plan knowing I'm with folks I can trust.

Had both units replaced 7 months ago. Both were installed top notch by a professional knowledgeable crew. Called for service about duckwork problems that. Will came within a few hours and found exactly what was wrong. He did some fine tuning and resolved our issue in less then 30 min, and it had nothing to do with the new installed units.

AirSecure was nothing short of awesome. I called at 9AM when our upstairs A/C went out the previous night. I was able to get a same-day consultation. Will came out and was very thorough with his assessment. We were braced for the worse-case scenario but thankfully he was able to find a simple fix and repair it for A LOT less than replacing it. I highly recommend them as they are honest, fair, & very timely.

Great company! I called with an urgent furnace repair and Will showed up that same night and gave a quick diagnosis at a more than fair price. He was able to come straight to the house the next morning and make the repair, 30 minutes later I have heat coming through the vents. I will work with Air Secure again when the time comes!
