I called afyer 5pm and got a very nice lady who scheduled us for a technician next day as our AC was out. We had Logan come by on the front end of the estimated time. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and gave us a fair quote which addressed the problem, unlike others we got estimates for. Logan had a great personality and was knowledgeable. He fixed the issue tested the system and charged exactly what was in his quote. I enjoyed this process so much he didn't have to sell me on their maintenance plan, as we will probably sign up just how easy and painless this process was. Highly recommend Comfort Pro!

I called Comfort Pro because my AC system was not working. They did a terrific job working on my system. Even though they could not make the repairs then, they took time to explain the issues with the system and how I would go about getting it fixed. The technician "Logan": was thorough polite and honest about what he found.

The installer "Sway": installed both my upstairs and downstairs units on 2 separate occasions. his work was impeccable. He even thought to install one of the units in a direction that took into consideration easy access to parts that needed to be maintained later.

Before I found this company I found it really hard to find people I felt weren't trying to take advantage of me, and would switch companies on a dime, but I have and will use them again if I ever need them for maintenance
