On service visit, Technician was courteous helpful and quick. Punctuality was a bit lacking. So I reviewed a 4 star.
On a later visit for a new system install, the team was on time, informative, courteous, and helpful.
Since google does not allow writing a second review I am updating my review and editing my rating from 4 to a 5 star to represent my overall review.

Top notch service. Drew arrived ahead of schedule and took the time to explain his troubleshooting steps along the way. Isolated the issue and got my AC back in service on a 100 degree afternoon. Highly recommend AC Today Heating and Air

Last year I contacted A/C Today Heat and Air to preform a maintenance on my system. Thanks to a thorough maintenance inspection prior to the start of any work they found my existing system was damaged completely. Damaged had been caused by another contractor who never notified me that their technician while inspecting under my home broke and damaged my A/C unit. I asked if they could installed a complete new system in my home as soon as possible because of the extremely high temperatures outside which was causing a hardship due to health reasons. I was given an immediate yes sir. The very next day they started and completed installing a new system. Now that is exceptional service.
This year when performing a yearly maintenance, their technician Drew Calderon did a complete and through inspection and a complete tune up of my system.
Your business/company is very fortunate to have such an awesome employee. Drew is one of the best dedicated, professionals, with a great work ethic, knowledgeable in all aspects of his position and a people person that I was really impressed by. I had more than 35 years in the construction industry while working with the Federal Governments Naval Engineering Facility Command. I over saw Multimillion dollar projects working with thousands of tradesmen. It would be impossible for me not to say that Drew Calderon is far above so many industry professionals. New to the area and our AC went out late on Friday evening and they were able to to have someone out here the very next morning. I was worried I would either need to pay extra for a weekend call or go without AC until the next week. Nope, AC today literally saved the day for me. James came out, was quick to diagnose problem and repair the problem. Prices were very reasonable. Thank you to James and AC Today for quickly getting us back up and running. Unit went out Sunday evening and I called before 7am and my call was answered by a person (very friendly and helpful) she got my appointment set up for 8-9am that morning. Drew Calderon came right on time and was very professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable was able to locate and fix the problem in a matter of minutes.

AC heating and cooling did a phenomenal job installing an ac and air handler at my apartment. They took the job on Friday at 5pm and were able to install the unit first thing Monday. The air handler was installed in a small closet which presented some challenges. the installer team (Jose and Lucky) made it look easy. They took the extra time secure the vent shroud using drywall anchors. They were diligent about cleaning up after themselves and explained the capabilities of the unit. Very impressed with the company and the installers. I’ve found my go-to ac company for future jobs

Next day service was provided to check on an A/C unit that had stopped cooling. The technician arrived well past the window provided but did text me when he was on the way. He was very friendly and did a great job explaining the possible issue with the A/C and the options for taking care of it.

Great company to work with. James notified us in plenty of time before his arrival. He took his time evaluating both systems and made suggestions as to how the systems could run more efficiently. He was very knowledgeable regarding issues and how to correct them. He was very pleasant and courteous.

Our technician called 45 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way which I loved.
James showed up on time and answered all of my questions with ease…he was knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING!
He took his time and made me feel comfortable asking as many questions as I needed to understand what was going on.
He checked on warranty status and was up front about pricing and wait time for parts.
We need more people like James in fields like this….i was a little stressed out before he showed up but quickly realized I was in good hands.

The company and the team was great and efficient to work with. They were able to come out and access our problems with our AC. They were great at communication, responsiveness, and gave us plenty of options when it came to what we were comfortable fixing and relaxing. The did great work on repairing our ac and keeping us cool in the meantime. Highly recommend their services.
