My husband and I were very pleased with the service provided for us. It was our first experience with this company, and actually having our air ducts cleaned. we also had our dryer vent cleaned out which we do every other year, and they also flogged the ducks when they were done.
The website was easy to navigate, and very informative. The appointment was a simple process, Sam and Cody were on time which we truly appreciated and we’re nice guys too!! I would highly recommend this company.

What a GREAT Company. I called and found out it was a Veteran owner and operated company. Scheduled an appointment fast and easy. Showed up on time and did a great job without all the extra. The rate for cleaning the dryer vent was the best of several quotes. Cody, the technician who cleaned the vent, was very thorough. He explained what he was doing and the air flow before and after he cleaned the vent. He was punctual and pleasant.

I started cleaning my dryer and realized it was going to be a lot more involved than I could handle. I called a bunch of places and ventprevent was able to fit me in next day. Dryer vent was cleaned using high pressure and rod/brush agitation. The exterior vent hood was replaced. The air speed reading needs to exceed 1000 f/m for safe dryer use. The speed reading at the end of the cleaning and hood replacement was 1837 f/m, almost double the necessary air flow.

I have used VentPrevent to clean the HVAC ducts in my house and they did a fantastic job! Their pricing was based on square footage and was flat, unlike some other dubious companies who pretended to offer a free quote visit but then tried to use scare tactics about mold to get you to spend way too much than required.

Cody came a little ahead of time and spent a full 4-hours in my house and cleaned about 30 vents one by one. From what I see, his job was top notch. The duct vents looked very clean after the job. I specifically asked him about mold and he said he did not see or smell any. I highly recommend this company!

Professional service! Cody was excellent. He explained everything clearly and even did a final walkthrough to make sure the job was done right. One of the biggest challenges was installing a bird guard on a vent located at a very difficult height and position, but they thoughtfully recommended a practical solution to address it. Cody from Vent Prevent did a very thorough and professional job cleaning out our dryer vent, which had not been cleaned for about 28 years! He was also very helpful in explaining the process, showing me the source of the clogging, which made our dryer inoperable, and completing the job in about 1 hours time. When was the last time you had your dryer vent cleaned out? Our dear friend Efrain’s dryer caught on fire recently because of heavy lint buildup, but luckily he was home and called the fire dept. Black smoke filled his house and he’s still waiting for the inside to be painted so he can move back in. What a mess! So I realized we’d never had ours cleaned and immediately called VentPrevent. I rarely post about a company but these guys were great! They quoted $160 and sent Daniel out to clean it. He was friendly, respectful and professional. I highly recommend them. Get your dryer vent cleaned asap!!!
