While looking for a company with advanced equipment to diagnose a potential carbon monoxide issue with my furnace, I found Shawn on the third page of Google for “furnace combustion analysis…” It’s a way of measuring if a furnace is burning efficiently and requires a heavy investment in equipment which most companies don’t have, as I understand it.

I’m so incredibly thankful for Shawn. We bought a house in September and I already knew the 20+ year old hvac unit would be an issue. This cold spell and the damage of the old unit, we needed it replaced as the fix would have been half the new unit. He pushed everything to get emergency heat for my family (it got to 46 degrees in this house fast!).. I have 4 kids..one being an 8 month old. He is very communicative (picks up the phone), if he says he is going to come- he will, and friendly. It’s so rare to find good companies and I honestly won’t ever search for another hvac company . They are stuck with us as long as they are in business

I don’t always leave reviews but I have to in this case. Connected with Shawn several months ago to get a quote for a replacement HVAC. He was super responsive and scheduled to come out right away. He gave us a great quote but we held off hoping our system would last till the summer. Over time our system kept shutting off and he made time to come out and check it for us.

My wife and I have gone through our fair share of contractors, plumbers, handymen, electricians, and big name HVAC companies, and to date, Shawn is the most responsive, professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and in my opinion trustworthy of anyone we’ve worked with in any field.

Our system gave out a couple days ago and he came to check it out and it was time to replace. He worked us in his schedule and completed the replacement in under 6 hours.

The plumber who came could not have been friendlier or more courteous. He wore shoe protectors, which I really appreciate. He came right on time. And the office kept me well informed about his arrival. My only surprise was the cost of the plumbing repair. Maybe it’s just been a long time since I’ve needed a plumber. But wow!

Boer Bros went above and beyond to replace our compressor and reversal valve in our mini split system just before Christmas. After having to delay a week because a compressor, damaged in shipping, had to be reordered, the job was scheduled for the day before guests were coming into town for the holidays. They notified us night before that there was a scheduling SNAFU because of illness among their tech crew. When they learned about our pressing need to get the work done, they squeezed the job in. The tech came late in the afternoon after dealing with other pressing jobs, got right to work and stayed till way after dark to finish it up. We appreciated the attention to our needs and the professional manner in which it was done. No one could ask for better service.
