We had been fighting HVAC problems for almost a year, working with 3 different companies before we called in Boer Brothers. I wish we had called them first. Boer Brothers was the only company that was able to actually troubleshoot and fix the issue without trying to upsell us to a new system or expensive parts. Our issue stumped the first two techs they sent out but they did not give up and wanted to solve the issue. True customer service. Thanks again.

After some delays due to parts suppliers, Boer Brothers was able to get my upstairs A/C coil and TXV replaced. Overall great experience. My only frustration was with Trane, not with Boer. Communication with Boer Brothers was good. They were prompt answering the phone and really dug to find answers to my questions. Follow-up calls from Boer with updates never really happened, I had to call them, that's my only real nit to pick. Their staff was so responsive when I did call that this didn't really bother me. Price was reasonable, the technicians were great, did great work, and kept me informed along the way. I'll definitely call them again in the future.

Our regular HVAC company told us that our upstairs furnace had cracks in the heat exchanger. They were pressuring us to buy a new system right that minute.We called Boer Brothers for a second opinion. Johnny Hayes came to our house and could not find any carbon monoxide leaking from the furnace. He came back a second time with a more sensitive detector and still could not find any leaks. Johnny was great to work with and patiently answered all of our questions. He saved us a ton of money and won a new customer for Boer Brothers when we need service or replacement.

We’ve used Boer Brothers for our home and business needs for almost 10 years and in that time haven’t had a single complaint. From big jobs to small every encounter has been thoughtful, professional and honest. When replacing our home hvac of course we got multiple quotes and of course we went with Boer Bros. Honest choices were provided and nothing to run up the the bill. The installation was on time, clean and thorough. It actually looks quite a bit better than the original. We highly recommend.

I've had Boer Brothers do plumbing work at several of my rental properties over the past few months. From simple toilet flange replacement to a full drainage repipe, their technicians were prompt, professional, and competent. Schedules were communicated well from the main office also. Finally, I was very pleased that they stand behind their work and will make sure its done to satisfaction. Finally a reliable plumbing company!

More Brothers came out and figured out the fan was defective on the blower they came put it in with no fanfare. The technician was very polite and offered to remove his shoes which I told them wasn't necessary but I appreciate it the offer. I own an electrical contracting business and I told my men to remove their shoes and where covers over their shoes if they didn't want to remove their shoes. Anyway all in all is great experience and I thank them very much for what they did

Great service! I talked to Michelle, we had a furnace going out at our rental property in the middle of winter and she was able to get someone out the next day. They fixed it at a great price. Thank you!

Yesterday, I contacted the company regarding the persistent operation of auxiliary heating and a significant surge in electrical consumption. While I acknowledge the recent cold weather, we have experienced similar winters in the past.
In a prompt response, they dispatched Isaac to inspect the system today. He made a few adjustments to the system and informed me that these changes should help alleviate the issue.

We had a fantastic first experience with Boer Brothers. When our regular hvac company couldn’t help, Tom came out the same day to diagnose our heating issue. He didn’t have the exact part with him and at first it sounded like we might be without heat for the whole weekend since estimates usually take 24 hours. But Tom went above and beyond. He called the shop, confirmed they had the part, expedited the estimate, and came back the very next day to fix everything. Truly excellent service, friendly, and proactive. Grateful to have heat again, especially with below freezing temps at night! Highly recommend

Boer Brothers came well recommended and I will add my voice to the collection. They were available sooner than most and the tech arrived within minutes of the arrival window.

Our technician Alex was professional and personable, representing the company well and was very knowledgeable. He took on our work and handled it diligently, identifying a problem and correcting it on site. We were having a new home's system checked out and needed a full check, which we got.

The cost of the visit was very reasonable for the time spent and the benefit. We hope not to need service again soon but we will call again when we do.

I know nothing about my HVAC system. Boer Bros came highly recommended by several different people when I bought my place. The service was top notch. Technician was professional and took their time explaining everything to me. He even found me the most economical way of taking care of my system.

I received a quote to replace my main level HVAC system and add in a humidifier. The rep was outstanding, friendly, patient knowledgeable and thoroughly covered all of my questions and concerns. Contacted Boer Brothers when my water heater started leaking. They responded very promptly and had their technicians come by the next morning. Todd and David did an excellent job and answered all my questions thoroughly. They were able to install a new one that same day.
