We had a great experience. Isaac was the technician and he was great. Very personable and excellent communication. He explained everything he was doing and what he found in terms of our hearing system. We were very pleased with the service.

We love Boer Brothers! They stay in communication prior to and day of service. If something comes up, they work to get to you as soon as possible. Highly recommend their membership as they will take great care of you.

I had an issue with the thermostat control on my Fujitsu mini-split air conditioner. Cole from the service department came over and reprogrammed the control so that it now works perfectly. Cole was friendly and efficient. Excellent job completed by a fine representative. Thanks!

My unit was not heating Boer Brothers scheduled a tech right away. Chris the tech came out and was very informative and thorough. Chris was able to diagnose the issue and get us going. We've been using Boer Brothers for over 10 years. This Thursday I got home and realized our heat was out. After-hours tech came within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He submitted a request for an estimate for the part we needed which we received first thing the next day. Same technician came and did the repair so we didn't go all weekend with no heat!

This was my first time having HVAC maintenance by Boer Brothers. Tom did a great job explaining the service program I signed up for. With this being the first visit, Tom asked me lots of questions re: history of unit, concerns with unit, recommendations for maintenance needs. He also did a thorough job of checking the mini split unit in the sunroom. Along with the photos, I feel the whole job was very thorough and made the unit ready for winter. Thanks!

Paul was great! Got hvac started quickly. Noticed the part he installed was defective, and replaced it. The overpriced issue is that if you disregard the fact that the part originally installed was defective, it only too him a couple minutes to install it.

Our furnace thermostat malfunctioned over the weekend. Our regular HVAC company was recently sold, so I contacted Boer Brothers on Monday at 8:00 AM. Despite a heavy workload, they dispatched an highly experienced technician Paul who arrived at 11 AM. Paul did a superb job troubleshooting and repairing the HVAC and thermostat connection, and restored a fully functional heating system, with outside temperature temperatures at 37°F. I am switching to become a client of Boer Brothers based on my excellent experience and timely response today.

Tyler and Kadeem were absolutely wonderful professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We had an awful experience with Yellow Dot and Boer fixed our A/C without having to replace the unit as YD had told us we’d need to do. Would always recommend Boer Brothers

Boer Brothers was quick to find one of their technicians (Trey) to help me get my heat restored after a 60 degree 24 hrs. of no warmth in my house. Trey went the extra mile to fix the issue. They will be my go to HVAC people in the future. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation - I regret that I did not find Boer Brothers much sooner. “Live and learn!”

Boer Bros. Installed a new Trane system for me last June, and I could not be happier with it and with the services they provide. I especially appreciate that they explain things in terms I can understand. They are quite simply the best!

I have used Boer Brothers for five years now. I subscribe to the silver service. I have had Austin now for two years. He is polite, prompt and efficient. I have not had any issues with my systems so I cannot review how responsive they are in an emergency but that’s probably because they take such good care with preventative services. Highly recommended.

Service tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He reviewed the entire service call and he listened to me about a starter I would like to have installed in the spring.
He is very team oriented because when we discussed the spring service he told I could request him but that all of the service tech are very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems.
