Dryer Vent cleaning. The tech arrived on time, was very friendly and made sure all of my questions or concerns were addressed. He did a great job. I can absolutely tell the difference in the dryer's airflow. And I feel safer knowing the vent is clean of lint that could pose a fire hazard. I definitely will be using them again.

I was looking for someone to N.C. to clean out my dryer vent. Many of the services I called just had an answering service who couldn’t answer basic questions and wanted to charge me over $100 just to come out and assess my issue. Ventnprevent had the owner answering the call. He answered all my questions told me the price and had me on the schedule in no time. Cody was a great technician and I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service and very knowledgeable.

Jason responded to my outreach promptly and, after talking through the work, got me scheduled for service pretty quickly. Sam, the assigned technician, was awesome… first, he was just a nice, engaging individual; he communicated thoroughly, before and during the service; and he was very efficient in getting the job done. My whole experience was top-notch… both Jason and Sam were patient in answering questions - sharing relevant, helpful information, and very professional. I will definitely work with this company again.

Today we had Daniel from VentPrevent to clean our dryer vent. Right from scheduling to service we had a good experience. Daniel showed up on time, did a through job and answered my questions. He was very professional and courteous. I will highly recommend this company and would use them in the future.

Needed to have our dryer vent/hose changed out due to original flex line not properly installed and outside vent cap was not properly installed which was a potential hazard. Sent a request in for service, while a delay win their response first concerned me, but Shane quickly texted me on the weekend and advised their website went down, which happens to the best and biggest. We discussed via text set up and inspection appointment as well as an actual service appointment since I believed that Shane had earned my trust and with a no nonsense option for me. Daniel showed up after being delayed which Jason had called and we discussed it and it actually was better for me. Daniel arrive listens to my issues and concerns and inspected and came up with solution. Four days later Daniel arrived and began the work. A mixup in the estimate was not received but Shane had provided a estimate range which was in my opinion right on target. Daniel completed the job, showed me pictures of the before and afterwards and explained any future issues to call for cleaning or if I find a problem. Jason later texted to apologize for not getting the actual estimate to us prior but Daniel had gave me the verbal estimate which was still reasonable. While we are new to North Carolina, I had to appreciate the reviews which helped me to narrow down a company. I do not write reviews on anyone business unless it’s fully discloses all the factors. For Jason, Shane and Daniel they showed me that sometimes things get missed, but no excuses were made, service was delivered as stated. We had service done on our dryer to clean the vents. Daniel was our tech and he was very polite and informative. He showed pictures which helped a lot to understand what they actually look like inside the vent, tips etc so I was very pleased with the service.

After developing some allergies we decided to get home hvac ducts cleaned. Shane scheduled it very promptly. Sam arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. Very excited to have my vents cleaned! Sam was very kind and respectful. He explained the process to me, and was very careful to take his shoes off to protect my carpet. The process was efficient and Sam was able to clear out all of my vents, HVAC and the dryer vent in less than two hours. Very easy process!
