Famous Roofing & Solutions did a great job installing my new roof. From start to finish in one day. I am pleased with the results.Very professional and such nice folks to work with.

I was referred by other business owners on social media. I called and was able to get a consultation the next day. Famous was on time and very professional. He actually talked to the insurance company for me and worked out the details to meet with insurance company to inspect damages.
They came to install the roof at approximately 7:00am on time and ready to work. My roof looks amazing and you wouldn't be able to tell that I had a whole work crew in and around my house due to them cleaning up behind themselves. Famous came by the next day to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend Famous to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement. I'm a busy professional and his professionalism goes along way.

Contracted Famous Roofing to add gutters to the rear of my home and to make repairs to siding cut by landscapers tools. They were quick to provide an estimate and quickly scheduled the service -- then showed up a few days early to do the job! The work was outstanding quality! I did have an issue with the location of the downspouts (I was not home when the work was done) and they promptly came out and changed them. OUTSTANDING job and I will call them when its time to replace the roof!

Famous repaired house siding that was damaged by wind. He assessed the damage and provided a quick estimate. The response time after our service agreement was the very next day. The results are phenomenal because the siding repairs appear seamless to the other existing panels. I would definitely recommend Famous Roofing services and will call again for other needed repairs.

He was always available if I had additional questions about the process. On installation day (Charlotte NC) Famous Roofing & Solutions were here bright and early and on time. They made sure the area around my house was well protected before starting the installation. After the installation was complete they cleaned up everything. Erin, Steve, Nick and Terrance did a fantastic job. They were very professional and prompt, in the beginning of the kitchen restoration process. They took care of my belongings like they were their own and were respectful of my home, whether I was there or not. The experience with these workers was great! However, the other staff, not at all. From the head secretary to the Field Supervisor was very unpleasant, unprofessional and down right disrespectful. Half way through my kitchen restoration, this company sent me an email and said that they were ("suddenly") back logged because ONE employee was no longer working for their company and I could look for another company to finish the job! They also said, if you decide to stay with our company, we may not be able to continue the work until about 8 months from now, putting my restoration on the back burner, so to speak! I understood this to be their way of canceling my contract. I needed my kitchen restoration completed so that I could have a safe & usable kitchen and get on with my life, so I hired another company. I would NOT recommend this company due to the latter part of my review! Good luck with your restoration process.

Well I called about getting Getting an estimate for some work on my home. My home was badly flooded in the basement was really messed up so when I called, I think I spoke to a brane Johnson she First informed me in the work that you all do, and then proceeded to help me with the problem . I explained to her all the damage that I had, and didn’t know where to turn or what to do so then she informed me on what kind of work that this company does and how she could help me figure out what I needed to do And what I liked was she kept in mind the dam Had and explained to me what was my next And how you all could Help . After getting off the phone, I was very pleased That I received over the phone. With that being said, hopefully, after making an appointment. That everything will go as well as she explained it to me over the phone so many times you call companies they tell you one thing over the phone Get to your house something else happens or is more expensive than what’s quoted so that I appreciate the help that I received when I called. We had a Servpro team of Ranson, Steven, Sha and Sheka after a leak from a refrigerator line into the ceiling and our theatre room below the leak. We were so impressed with their quick response, professionalism, and knowledge of how to address this water leak. This team Immediately assessed and brought blowers, driers and vacuums to our home. After 24 hours the affected area is dry and clean and showed no moisture in their moisture testing. We did request an additional service of air mold detection which will take 48 hrs to get the test back from the lab as living in Charlotte we are wary of mold in our home and wanted to be extra careful. We so appreciate this team’s support and help and highly recommend Servpro of Northeast Charlotte for mitigation work.
