Terrence and his crew were exceptional. Terrence went above and beyond to guide us through the process and keep us informed every step of the way. His professionalism, knowledge and kindness made an incredibly stressful experience much more manageable.

We are dealing with water damage from a leak in our kitchen. ServPro of North East Charlotte came right out, assessed the damage and immediately coordinated with our insurance adjuster to manage the damage. Our experience with the initial team has been great! Sha, and Sheka were efficient, professional and kind. They kept our kitchen as clean as possible while demoing the damaged floor etc.

I would like to thank Steven and Felipe for the exceptional job in ridding our house of mold. They were professional in walking us through the process. The mold was concentrated in our kitchen and hallway.They took care in removing items, cabinets, sheet rock, and partnering with others for electrical and counter top removal. They cleaned up ant items that could not be salvaged. They checked with us every evening to ensure we were satisfied with the work done that day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with similar issues. They were thorough and didn't waste any time getting the job done.
