They did amazing job with a ceiling in bad repair that was covered in popcorn ceiling. Trim walls and ceiling repainted with a copper metallic accent wall. They were clean professional and I will call them again. There is a picture of my metallic wall in their work

This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The estimate was very quick and professional. The painter, Eric, was amazing and very reliable. My house was just as clean when they left every day as it was when they arrived. The work is exactly how I wanted it and I paid exactly what I was estimated. Trust me, you want to use this company. Do not worry about the minimal reviews. This is a good decision for you. I have already shared with friends and we'll be using them in the future to paint the remaining of my house. After the initial estimate, I kept in contact with the estimator each day through text. Very happy.

We have had three separate painting jobs done by the Chilean Cleaning & Painting Services over the past year. The results have been outstanding.

Recently the team painted our large living room, kitchen, and two hallways. Felipe responded quickly to our request for estimate and provided a very reasonable quote. He provided information explaining what would be done and how, in a friendly and clear manner. He followed up by scheduling the project quickly.

Felipe and his team arrived right on schedule and proceeded to carefully prepare the areas to be painted. The care they took to meticulously put up protective coverings on floors, kitchen counters, cabinets, etc. was most professional and appreciated. They carefully did minor surface preparation, removed electrical plates, and moved furniture as needed. The entire small painting team was very courteous, efficient, and professional.

The actual painting results were great. All the areas I had addressed with Felipe before the job was started were handled expertly. The effort the team expended in cleanup, reinstalling electrical plates and returning furniture to original places was done with careful efficiency and professionalism. Upon completion, Felipe walked me through the area to inspect and evaluate the finished products.
We are most satisfied with the results and especially with the courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism shown by Felipe and his team. As you might expect, I would not hesitate to engage them for future painting jobs and would be pleased to recommend them to others.

The painters crew (Felipe’, Elvis and Josh) are outstanding.
We contacted the Chilean Business for Painting, Dry Wall Repairs, Doors and Trims Caulking and painting Job. Felipe’ came to our house as scheduled and went through a thorough inspection of all what we needed, I was impressed of his knowledge and the way he explained his plans to tackle the project. He gave us a fare estimate (was not the cheapest we got but it was fare based on work efforts and the execution of this project). He gave us a start date and time and he kept an excellent communication regarding the materials, supplies and labor efforts.
The crew arrived on the start date as scheduled and immediately started on protecting the floors, doors, furniture, appliances, Light features …etc.
They were very organized, and they started doing their magic throughout the house.
You can see their attention to details and their strive for perfection.
They listened calmly to our questions and concerns and addressed all of them very professionally.
They were always willing to go the extra mile and take care of business as if it’s their own house.
We loved their pleasant attitude and the professionalism and the efficiency they demonstrated during the entire project.
They all worked hard and worked long hours to make sure the outcome is as perfect as it is possibly can.
I would do business with them again in a heartbeat, and I will recommend them to all my relatives and friends.

Felipe and his team were absolutely amazing! I was impressed with their work from day one.
Not only did they do an awesome job of painting my whole house, but they treated my home as if it were theirs. Every evening, they made sure to clean up after the work they completed.

I called H&R Roofing about a water leak around a gas vent pipe above my roof. Derek McMillion with H&S Roofing came out to give me a repair estimate, but he took care of the problem on the spot. The vent pipe on this 3 year old house had never been property sealed. Derek was prompt and very professional. He explained to me exactly what he found and what he was going to do to correct the problem, as I watched from the ground. I was very pleased with the result. I, and other members of my family have used H&S Roofing for over 20 years, and I have always found them to be very professional and very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and other contacts.

Terrible company that is not trustworthy or truthful. Installed gutters on my home and did not find problem with original roof which resulted in damage. Three years later rotten decking and not willing to make it right. Sad thing is just because a business has been around for 100 years it doesn't mean anything this day and time. I had to reach out to them for over a month to even get a response. Called and even stopped by their physical location to no prevail, until I spoke to sales manager. He was responsive but yelled at me when I told him they should pay for full repairs. I took it upon myself to have damages repaired and not bother with this horrible company ever again. Lessons learned. Do yourself a favor and find a company with higher ratings. A roofing company with 4.4 is not good.
