JD and Riley came to the house today and were phenomenal. They gave me a very trusted and educated impression right out of the gate as they quickly diagnosed and solved one problem. Then they went out of initial scope to solve another. The whole time they treated me and my house with respect, and were just pleasant to have around. Great small talk, great vibes, 10/10 experience. I’ll call these guys right away should I have any future questions or problems.

We had a great experience with HTS installing our surround sound system. The team was friendly, professional, and respectful of our home — they left everything exactly as they found it. They took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable using the system before leaving, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend HTS for quality service and excellent customer care!

I had a fantastic experience with this company! They handled several electrical needs for my contractor and also installed new can lights in my home. The difference the lighting made is incredible—my whole space feels brighter, cleaner, and so much more inviting. The team was professional, on time, and very easy to work with. They communicated clearly, treated my home with care, and the quality of the work is excellent. Worst location in the city by far. I guess they don’t care. If you are a contractor like myself save yourself the time and headache. Just forget this place exist. Lowes and Home Depot are right down the street. Handy Henry Electric.

This company allows me to haul off used pallets. What they probably don't know is that the recycling helps me provide bookbags, school supplies and food to at risk kids around Charlotte. They are always polite and courteous!

Came in on a Saturday and talked to a dude with long hair rocker guy and short hair dude also. Helped me with what I needed and recommended options. They had a great attitude. Will be back there to shop more.

I had Steven work on my food truck. The truck itself needed to be re-wired to support the new equipment and the old breaker box needed to be changed as well. Steven and his apprentice got the job done in a few hours and were able to leave me set up for a new generator. I wasn’t able to be there but Steven kept me updated throughout the process and was very much on top of everything he truly loves what he does and will be teaming up with him on all future projects.
