We had a bad experience with the company that installed our system. HTS took over the system, reprogrammed, and cleaned it all up. Cameras all work, sound system works, and I couldn’t be more pleased

I have turned to HTS twice. I had Control 4 installed during a remodel of the house and discovered HTS when I shifted from Spectrum to TDS. HTS had not worked with TDS before, but took on the task and worked through the integration. The initial TDS by their team had their small boxes directly to the TV, which of course had them not a part of Control 4. HTS worked it through and were able to use my existing Control 4 devices with no additional or new major components. I am now dropping TDS TV- costly once past the transition, and I picked up a SuperBox streaming device- another novel challenge for them. Tyler did a great job working through the new device, figure it out the programming for integration into my existing Control 4 network. TDS had a couple of peculiarities that required rebooting the TDS boxes or the Control 4 controller and they talked me through troubleshooting. There were a few bugs that needed some work with the Control 4 universal remotes, and Ramone walked me through getting them reset. I was disappointed with the local tech I used when I did the initial transition to TDS. He was supposed to be familiar with Control 4, but the TDS devices stumped him. HTS figured about the fiber-optic system with TDS and now SuperBox. They have been successful taking on challenges they have not yet seen and working through unfamiliar devices to work with Control 4, and I recommend them for any home entertainment network challenges- they have proved themselves with me, twice now.

I’m so glad I found Home Technology Solutions! I wasn’t sure the direction I wanted to go, just knew that I wanted I wanted to turn our spare room into a place we could watch movies. They really helped me with the vision, design, education, and execution of the entire room! We are thrilled with how it turned out and highly recommend using them for and of your audio/video/lighting needs!

Great sales and install team following up on a build we did a couple of years ago. Initial build we ran all enclosed wiring for sound/video system but held off on purchasing equipment. Equipment purchase and subsequent install using construction drawings was flawless.

The technician who installed our TV and soundbar was top notch. Not only did he arrive on time, but he explained the process every step of the way. He also provided tips and tricks about the TV OS. One last detail, he brought his own vacuum and cleaned up after himself. Now that is black tie service! Thank you for taking care of the install for us.

We worked with HTS to upgrade our electrical panel and update some of the wiring and receptacles in our 1960s house. From the estimate process on, it was a great experience. Our estimated power outage time was 4 hours; however, the first thing the lead said when he got to our house was that we'd have power at the end of the day even if they weren't able to finish the job. Knowing that nearly all construction projects take longer than expected, this meant a lot.

It turns out that it took longer than expected and they had to come back the next day, but as promised, we had power at night, and they left our house CLEAN. Before they left the second day they took the time to go through all the information I needed to know, and made sure all the switch plate covers and receptacle covers were straight which is a detail I have seen missed even on new builds. After they rewired our dishwasher, they even put it back in straighter than the original installation.

With their breadth of experience and attention to detail, I will definitely work with them again.

Wow. I can’t say enough for the great service by HTS to recommend and install our new Samsung Picture Frame TV. They were able to bump us up for an earlier than expected delivery and setup. Everything was turn key as three professionals from HTS moved our existing living room:wall TV upstairs to the bonus room and installed a beautiful Samsung Frame TV in its place. I am really enjoying all the features this incredible TV offers and appreciate the detailed information and insight they provided on how to best use and setup the TV. Several days later we are enjoying the enhanced picture quality and luxury feel of having Monet, Metro NY Museum, Van Gogh, seasonal selections and so many more artists that there are too many to list. In addition, seeing our personal photos of family and friends in such a professional and creative atmosphere in our main living room is icing on the cake!
